The hotel is older and you can tell. The room was clean and up to date. Had a 2 burner stove, microwave, and full refrigerator. Good hotel for someone that is going to be staying for a while on business and doesn't want to eat out all the time.

Usually extended stay hotels are reliable but this left me disappointed. The overall cleanliness was sub-par, the room I reserved was not available, there were no roll-away beds to accommodate my messed up reservation, and the kitchenette was barren. Due to the above, our choice was to fit 2 adults and a teen in a queen bed (I reserved a room with 2 beds) or for one of us to sleep on the floor. We also picked up food but required the kitchenette only to find the cabines and drawers completely empty.

It was ghetto. Toilet handle broke. White stain on the chairs, breakfast sucks. Spend your money else where, will be stay again especially 3rd floor is super musty and smelly.

The hotel has a terrible smell. The contential breakfast was terrrible because of the lack of options you have was coffee, hot water, mini muffins, small packagea of oatmeal and granola bar. I had to eat the small package of oat in a cup once with hot water because the hotel didn't provide any paper plates or bowls.

I attempted to make a reservation they told me that my card didn't go through. Then they tried to charge me for the room even though I didn't have the opportunity to check in because my card didn't work. I don't know about you but I think that's just trying to get people off.

Bed was really comfortable although the guy next door screamed on the phone for 2 days which made it hard to relax, there were splatters of food from the previous occupants on the cabinets, and the side lamps didn’t work. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine, but everything else left a lot to be desired. There was always people loitering in the parking lot, which kinda creeped me out and as a single woman staying there, I didn’t feel entirely safe. The elevator was gross with food on the floor. The hallway to my room was a combination of stagnant air, the smell of trash from the trash room, and food being cooked in the rooms. There was a rotting watermelon rind outside the exit stair door for the entire week I was there. The room itself was fine and I liked having a kitchen, but when I stepped out of my room, it was an unpleasant experience.

The place was not taken care of at all. The electric plugs were exposed and broken. The light fixture was missing the cord to plug in. My daughters bed was leaning down on the top side so she was laying almost with her head below her body level. I killed multiple german cockroaches so i was afraid to take clothes out of the luggage so it stayed in my luggage the whole time. And corporate only has one person working at most times. So there was really no customer service. And i understand the situation we are having with immigration and our borders, but they had refugees staying at the hotel that maybe they dont know the culture to well. But they had kids running and playing in the hallways and the parking lots with no control from the parents. It would have been nice if all this was said and advised before we booked that hotel. Would i stay here again No way. Not til they start cleaning up this place and fixing all the problems.

First of all, I would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family, or strangers for that matter… they had refugees staying there, they were loud and not considerate of others. One worker in lobby, refrigerator leaked, rooms have roaches, dip in the floor, plugs hanging out of the wall, bed was leaning to one side, no room service, continental breakfast consist of coffee and dollar store mini muffin and fig bar, and the list goes on!! Don’t stay here, pay extra for a 5 star hotel. Lesson learned for sure.

Negatives: Bathroom had what looks like used soap and lotion, had an odor left from previous renter, molds in the shower clog, overall room was humid, limited breakfast options.

Confirmation said check in until 12:00 it was ll:30 PM and no one at the desk. Front door standing wide open. Called on Courtesy Phone to bring someone to the front desk. No answer...just rang and rang. Called from my cell phone...just rang and rang. 15 minutes later someone finally came through the front desk in a hurry, as if she was just showing up for work.
Wish I had taken photos. The carpet in the room was so dirty I had to wash the bottom of my bare feet before putting on shoes and socks.
There was a sock in the corner of the hall outside the stairway.
The bathroom was immaculate and well maintained but there was a device on the water source of the toilet that blinked a blue light randomly. Scared me the first time I saw it.
The kitchen was immaculate but well worn appliances.
The bed was comfortable with adequate bedding and pillows.
Surprise there was no USB phone charge portal. I had to go buy a charging block at 5 Below.

Only minor issues like the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and the TV remote was only working intermently. Nothing major to make a complaint about. Room was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably both nights

Janky at best! Our bathroom had several old soaps still stuck to the shower shelves. Lots of hair in the shower. So gross.
We both woke up with sore backs from the broken down bed and congestion from the “non-smoking” room.
We just made check-in. We’re on a long drive and got to the hotel at 11:04. We caught the receptionist as she was packing up for the night. A few minutes later and we would have lost our reservation without a refund. Phew.
All the hotel hallways need vacuumed and scrubbed. The stairwells have rotten food on the floor.
“Breakfast included” is a grab and go instant oatmeal and coffee.
Super disappointed at $135/night.
My advice…head on down the road and stay somewhere else.

When we checked in, the staff member didn’t seem to know very well how to do that. It took like 10 minutes to check in. Not horrible, but definitely longer than expected. We got into the room and it was okay. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn’t on and it smelled horrible. We finally realized the next day it wasn’t on. Once we turned it on, it was fine. There’s stains on the floor and some towels had minor stains on them.
For the price, it’s fine. If you’re looking for something more upscale or super clean, this isn’t it. But if you want super affordable and pretty clean, this works.

The front desk employee was Very Nice and Helpful. She helped us upgrade one of the 3 rooms we reserved BUT.... the bed in my room had hair, crumbs, and some other unknown substance on the sheet. The other two rooms were in good condition. THEN, at 3:30 a.m. there was a dog barking in the next room. The constant barking lasted for TWO HOURS. This is not an exaggeration.

The first room they sent us to had: 1)clogged bathroom sink; 2) air-conditioning outlet wide open & non-compliant with electrical code; 3) 2 of three lights did not work.
They moved us to a room without these issues.
The rear entrance, clearly marked "do not prop open" was propped open when we left. That is, "they do not have open/closed door sensors and do not check the door manually". A security issue.
YIKES! We are not going back there again even though convenient to get to our relative's house.

The hotel overbooked themselves. We were never notified. We drove down and Expedia was supposed to get us another place to stay but there weren’t any other rooms and we don’t have anywhere to stay. Not at this hotel, not at another one. We had to just drive back home. 8 hours wasted and all that gas.

Cons: property felt old & run down; door handle fell off in my hand & couldn't be repaired by staff; marginal cleanliness; serious cigarette butts littered hotel entry way; children of cleaning staff playing in halls & elevator as we entered hotel & tried to get to our room.

Should have read the reviews before we stayed here. The outside looks nice but once you walk indoors the smell of curry smacks you in the face. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and when the elevator doors opened the curry smell was even more overpowering. We tried to air out our room from the stench, we couldn't get the windows open at first but once we did, it wouldn't stay open. Had to prop it open with a shelf board from one of the cupboards. The other window was shattered. Housekeeping is lacking since we found tonail clippings and the soap and cups were not replaced. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, we smelled cigarettes wafting from one of the other rooms.

Our team wan on a business trip so this place was perfect for that. For as new as it looked outside it appeared dated inside but everything was perfectly functional.

The floor in our room was not clean, blaster pieces on linoleum and the rug was not vacuumed. Bathroom towels looked dirty as did the shower. Rug was stained in multiple areas and one wall had exposed drywall (paint scratched off). We did not want to change rooms, staff confirmed our observations and refunded our money.

There were clear stains on the floor in the bathroom evidence of precious water damage and the fridge didn’t really keep things cold. But things were clean and everything went smoothly.
