Friendly staff, good location, very well maintained

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing fancy but very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location, location, location!!! You def can't beat it for the price.

Tv didn’t work but we were only in room for a short period so not a big deal

A good over night stay. The place was clean, the front desk staff were so kind helpful, and breakfast had many options.

Room was very comfortable. Only complaint is for bring a non smoking room it smelled very much of smoke. For being an older hotel it has been kept up very well. We had the second floor room so carry your heavy luggage upstairs was difficult. Overall we were very happy.

Excellent facility!Spotlessly clean room and property. Nice friendly people operating it.Stayed here last year and loved it so we're here again and not disappointed.

This place did not disappoint!!! So nice. Dog friendly. Close to a variety of resturants. We will be back. Staying longer next time!!!!

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was in a second floor room this visit. I was very impressed with the amount of lighting in the room. I also was surprised to see LVT flooring instead of carpet. That was definitely a great surprise. My husband said the bed was too hard but I disagree. I thought it was perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Key West Inn in Fairhope! Hot breakfast every morning. Complimentary bottled water available 24/7. We had our little yorkie with us and the cleaning staff was very considerate and careful not to let her out. They even gave us a cute door hanger indicating there was a dog inside. Everyone was very pleasant and kind. Love the covered seating areas downstairs. Nice for visiting with other guests. We parked there Thursday and never moved our car til dinner near the water on Saturday night. We walked the 1.5 miles to the Arts & Crafts Festival. We walked to the nearby Brewery. We walked to Sonic and had several other convenient choices all within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Older hotel but it has been kept up pretty well. My only issue is that the rooms are small and the beds are really small - doubles instead of queens. People are very nice and the breakfast was good.

Great property, very comfortable and convenient. Everyone was very friendly as well. Would stay again.

Good Price for one Night

We have been here many times and all of the staff are wonderful! Kudos, I did mark cleanliness a 4 because I take baths and the soap, etc are too high. Also where the tub wall meets the tub base is dirty under the ledge of the wall of the shower. Still, love the property, people and the area! Excellent stay as every time before!

It was a motel of average status, immigrant workers staying there so I felt not real safe!

Great stay! Management was kind and it was a great experience. Beds were clean and everything was just right.

Place was clean and friendly. Only thing is older hotel with outside doors not all inside like all newer hotels. Room was large and very clean.

Basic but nice place. My only gripe is that housekeeping apparently has a routine of wheeling big linen bins in front of each room VERY early in the morning, they are very loud when they do that. A little far off of I10 for a road-trip stopover. Fairhope looks like a neat town.

Check in lady was very nice . Room was good shower water pressure not very good but worked. Overall good stay thanks

Location, price was great. Quiet and convenient to a multitude of shopping and other needs. Big 4 lane street.

The hotel is very tired, looks like something from the 70's. Furniture is ripped and worn. Towels are very thin and a grey color. The breakfast was okay. Will not stay here again.

Delightful stay!

Looking for an economy stay while visiting family...found this gem. Very conveniently located. The people were very friendly and breakfast was a nice perk. The room we had was on the main level with a covered pavilion just outside our room which turned out to be the hang out for guests who wanted to talk on their phones or watch TV while on break during the night. We could hear all the conversations and hear the tv programs. Had to ask management to make them tone it down to sleep. They were gracious and it became quiet after that....lesson learned. If you stay there, find you a room away from the pavilion.

We enjoyed our stay here, we wanted to an affordable place to sleep for the night after enjoying the new years festivities. The room was wonderful, a lot of great options to watch on tv lol and plenty of restaurants nearby as well!

Decided to visit Fairhope, AL in order to shop, eat and go to Bellingrath Gardens. Key West Inn put us close to all of this at a very fair price. I saw a couple of bad reviews, but I believe this place does not deserve them. Room was totally clean. Plenty of parking. Close to many stores within walking distance. New laminate floors - no nasty carpet. I walked barefooted and wiped feet on a fresh damp white towel and it left not evidence of dirt or other undesirable matter. Bed sheets, pillows (5) and blanket were totally clean. Bed was very comfortable. All furniture was modern and clean. Walls freshly painted and nice pictures. AC/heater worked perfectly. Large LED TV, microwave, refrig w/freezer and coffee maker. Plenty of AC power plugs and 4 USB charging ports! Continental breakfast was excellent and very nicely arranged and fresh. Housekeeping checked on us and was almost sad that we did not request the room to be cleaned after 1 night of our stay. Everyone that I encountered at the front desk was friendly. If you are used to luxury hotels this may not be the place for you, but if you want budget, clean, convenient and at a great price, this is your place to stay.

This hotel was super clean. The staff was extremely nice. It was very convenient across from the hospital and on the main hwy. Several stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius.

It was a nice place for a getaway.

The lady that checked us in was friendly and she had us checked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to park at our room. The dining options near by were many but mostly fast food. Some places that we were interested in were closed on Monday. We were able to walk to something close. The outside of the property was clean and neat and very well maintained.

Everyone extremely helpful and nice !! Everything was clean !!

The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
