Excellent, I was welcomed by Estefany, she was so fast and very nice and professional. Delmi and Flor excellent room service and both fluent in Spanish so that was a plus. Leticia in the breakfast area every morning is so attentive and kind. This is the type of professional people that makes you want to come back. The breakfast is full continental for real, and it’s clean, not only the breakfast area but also the rooms, with huge counters. If you travel like I do, when you find a gem, you don’t waste time looking for other hotels, it’s a peace of mind to know I have found my space in the Bay Area. I used to book into San Francisco for almost 200 a night, with so much hassle to get into the city 🏙️. Now I drive 10 min crossing the bridge and I save $100 a night in this hotel. Or could have not worked better . The freeway is a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just off of the highway, there was a lot of traffic noise. Plus I could clearly hear the moaning and the movement of the bed upstairs. TERRIBLE. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Excellent customer service by Flor, Stefania, and the lady in the kitchen, she was very kind and attentive. I do recommend this hotel, the counters are big , the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is full continental.

Do not recommend this hotel! Messy area! Room is cramped up! Not recommended for disabled people! Slippery floors in bathroom. Hit my head in “ closet rail” to close to toilet! Could not move! Noisy! In this room outlets did not work! Room was dark.

The outside of the hotel really needs a good cleaning, however the rooms are clean. New shades would be beneficial. Very noisy but guess that’s to be expected as it’s so close to the freeway. Satisfactory breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful.

Excellent customer service by Paola and Stephany, Leticia in the breakfast area was formidable and very attentive as well . This hotel is great for convenience distances to SF. It has a gym, a pool, and a great breakfast that is more than enough, the counter is really long, so if you work on the computer you have a huge desk. I recommend this place and I will be back. Great 10/10 for me . No homeless around .

The rooms were obviously recently remodeled. My room had a large bathroom with plenty of soap and other products. Several USB ports were not working. There was no lighting available at the place where the desk chair was able to be positioned. The bed was comfortable.

This place is a dump. It’s so bad that I didn’t even get out of my car. It’s FILTHY. Homeless in the parking lot, right next to the interstate and railroad tracks. The pictures made it look adequate for a business traveler - IT IS NOT!

My stay here was not pleasant. I wound up leaving early. Housekeeping didn’t come and clean my room as requested during an eight hour timeframe. There was random people outside the room drinking in their cars working on their cars playing loud music. It was not pleasant.

The bed was the lifted on a frame that made it so high my wife had to put a chair next to the bed to get in/out. I forgot in the middle of the night and almost fell. When we first walked in the room, it smelled musty. Unusual, since it looked clean and was all hard flooring. Once the floor A/C had been on for a while, the smell was reduced. There wasn't anything but a tiny gas station near the property to get snacks or a drink.

I liked the pool. The room lacked a lot like hand soap lotion and we ran out of body wash but overall everything was good. I did wake up early bc they started construction at like 7am. They also serve breakfast but it starts way to early lol so we didn’t get any.
