The main elevator where out of service, so it was not convenient for someone who is handicap and has difficulty waling distances.

Nice hotel very near Providence airport. Hotel is older, but clean and quiet. Room smelled very strong of bleach upon arrival.

Our bathroom door didn’t close all the way, the bedding had ants on it, and our outside door lock was broken. By the time someone came to fix it, it was 1030pm! We asked for another room, and was told they were sold out.. and was laughed at. Disappointed Hampton Inn! We pay higher fees for an unsecured, dirty room!

We couldn’t check In until almost 4pm they said they didn’t have enough housekeepers! But even after waiting and checking in late the bathroom still had hair on the counter top and fake eyelashes! One on the bed base was cracked, the wooden table had a leg barely hanging on! Half of the outlets didn’t work! Day of check out pool is supposed to open at 9am I went at 925 to get a pool key was told it was not open yet I needed to wait 20 mins I went back at 950 am and the guy at the front called and they said it still wasn’t open it would prob be another 20 mins I asked isn’t it supposed to open at 9 am bc now my kids can’t swim with it “opening now at almost 1030 when check out is 11am he said yes but they can’t help it because they need to add chemicals! It was the same guy that was at the desk at check in and couldn’t give me a time when we would be able to check in!

We were in a re modeled room, which was ok, but 2 out of our 3 nights we were awakened by fire alarms( not necessarily the hotels fault).The breakfast was the worst Ive ever seen in a hotel and was severely food poisoned. The “eggs” had dark yellow spots and black marks. I assumed the eggs were burnt but now not so sure. I called to tell them I was food poisoned after a horrible day in bed seriously sick, and they just said ok.

No elevator. No TV. No maid service. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder. Minimal amenities including 1/4 roll of toilet paper. We were told that there is a national issue with the TV and they couldn't do anything about it. There is such an issue but not with the carrier that the hotel used. We had a suite so we had a second tv in the "living room" which worked so clearly that wasn't the honest answer. Breakfast was not eatable. We both had a bagel and thought we would be safe with that. Overall a bad stay. Won't be using this hotel again when we go to Warwick. We often go there but will find another place to stay.

Biggest problem was the clerk, i have never had to book an reservation on the internet when the clerk is right there in front of me on the other side of the counter. Im sorry the the younger generation needs to get off their ass and actually start doing their jobs and quit relying on the internet to do their job. And on the other side the water when i went to shower was very water waistful had to run the water for over 5min and still cold on max hot was able to shower in cool water and then at the end of the shiw to water started to warm.

After I checking at dirty room the next room the cleaning was fine but the TV doesn’t work

We checked in only to find 2 out of State cars in the parking lot that had been vandalized the night before. This made us very nervous and we couldn't sleep because of the possibility of it happening to us. Another problem was I had booked a King size bed and twice I was given a room with 2 queen size beds. Each time I went downstairs to reception they did not liok at my confirmation on my phone. Only after the third time did they listen to me. I finally received what I had paid for, a King size bed.

The beds are terrible and very uncomfortable along with the pillows. The bathrooms are not maintained and have caulk missing everywhere, damaged tiles etc. The breakfast was not even edible as food was half cooked. Do not recommend staying here. The price is cheap for a reason.

The overall hotel was good but the room we stayed in was subpar. Some of the furniture was in disrepair and the flooring in the bathroom was a bit like a gym and the shower leaked water all over bathroom floor.

This hotel demolished my confidence in all Hamptons being a clean, reliable place to stay. The floors were nasty and sticky, the furniture looked like nefarious activity had been taking place since 1992, the shower flooded the bathroom (hence a mild smell).
Alas, it was close to the airport and we only needed to sleep 6 hours.

Hotel was within a mile of the airport but offered no shuttle, just a Lyft promo code that got you a single free ride within 24hrs. Property was under construction/renovation. Elevators didn’t work. Table in room was held together with dry wall screws. Toilet paper holder was hanging off wall and ceiling in bathroom looked like it was unfinished and patched. Room cost $350 a night which is ridiculous. Only stayed as our flight got canceled and we had no choice. Feel completely ripped off on what we got for what we paid.

The main elevator was broken, directing guests to take the stairs or the elevator that is at the opposite end of the hotel. The room they had me in was just painted, and painted poorly. There was construction debris (drywall dust) on the ottomans, floor, and on the bed. The tissue box was empty, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and I was greeted by two flies upon my entrance.
If you are looking for a clean stay, look at other hotels.

I enjoyed our stay. Modern, clean, and friendly staff. Very close to the airport if thats what you're looking for. Only negative was the breakfast buffet in the morning. There was at least an hour left before it was to close but they ran out of food. So get down there early if you want breakfast. At least the cooked items, like eggs, sausage, etc. We got the last bit but many people came after and were disappointed. They asked the staff in the kitchen and they said they were not making anymore. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I would love to share the multiple pictures I took of the conditions of the room I was given. I reached out several times, spoke to several people and nothing was taken care of.... I am still waiting for contact back about a full refund. I am and was appalled!

The room was clean, though the carpet looked like it needed a good shampooing. None of the USB chargers worked—all were loose within the outlets that held them and I could never get a connection. I’m not a fan of squishy pillows, but if you are, you’d love these. There were some dings in the paint in the bathroom. I was concerned when we asked about getting breakfast early the next day and were told it was never prepared that morning. I’m really a fan of Hampton Inns—good staff here but the hotel itself needed a little TLC

No Kleenex in room, one tv did not work, coffee machine was dirty, room set at 60 degrees, one waste basket and there were ants on the lamp stand/table.

We showed up to a dark, unlit parking lot- not even the hotel sign was lit. On a busy Friday night, there was ONE staff person at the hotel. One. There was not one other staff member in the physical building. Shameful. AND, it was her fourth day of employment- she herself was awesome. But, because she was alone when our room key failed it took a ridiculously long time to fix the problem. An hour and 40 minutes to fix the problem. That was with me attempting 5 (five) different keys and the app key. She finally had to come with a master key (there were no other rooms available because they were that busy) and let us in. It took longer to get into our room than it did for us to drive there. Once in the room there was zero bedding for the pull out couch, so that took another 30 minutes to get. Again, because she was ALONE.
The next morning a maintenance person had to get some hand held machine to reset our room lock. He was shocked to hear that on a Friday night there was only ONE employee working in the building. Once our key worked we avoided being there.
We did also note that the back door that was supposed to be locked was not locked any of the times we came back to the hotel. Not once did we need our key to enter the building.
We won’t be staying at this place again. The staff, amazing. The person who schedules the staff, sucks. There should always be at least two (2) people staffed and IN the physical building.

Did not get the double beds we registered for. Was told they had no other rooms available and my 23 year old daughter was stuck with a sofa bed. We made our reservation weeks ago. While the room was clean, it was run down. Handle fell off a cabinet. Toilet seat had marks on it. Shower curtain would not stay closed.

If I had to rate this hotel 1-10...10 being the highest I would say a 6 1/2 maybe 7 because of the staff.
The staff is so nice all of them and so helpful
the breakfast is pretty good lots of breakfast foods to choose from... It was very quiet and any other guest we came across where so nice
ok the hotel it’s self the rooms are clean but the wear and tear on the rooms are showing they really need some TLC there where holes in the wall the shower fixtures where hanging we had to ask for toilet paper there was two half rolls in the bathroom...There was no hot water in the shower at first in our room, but that was quickly fixed. The key card kept not working so every time we left we had to go back down and reset them ...honestly no big deal but it did keep happening ... I haven’t been here in about two years so things have changed now you have to sign in to use the pool not a big deal but it’s something to know... The pool is pretty big and the jacuzzi is ok
there is also a $100 hold on your card for every day you are there just a heads up. But it was refund the day I left. Over all I would return just hope some little updates could be made.

Very run down, from carpets coming up in common areas to mold in tubs which do not drain properly this hotel needs a complete overhaul. Also hotel staff are not accommodating. Not allowed to sit in lobby, it’s taped off. When asked about why this is, and if I could sit in the area with a friend I was told this wasn’t allowed and that they should not be visiting the hotel since they aren’t paying guests. Will not stay in this hotel again.

The pool was so cloudy and dirty, the matainence employee said the he didn’t have enough chemicals to treat the pool and keep it clean, the elevator didn’t work, the room wasn’t even taken care of. No toilet paper, no Kleenex.
Mold in the bathroom. The juice machine was broke, no fork to pick up waffles from the waffle maker. No milk and water available. Had to buy a water. The ice machine didn’t work on several floors.
Called to have pillows and blankets delivered for the pull out couch. Waited 3 hours they never came. Called the front desk from the room 4 times, the phone was never answered. Called the hotel from my cell phone and the front desk never answered the call, several times.
This property is not Hampton Inn quality.
If this was my only stay at a Hampton property I’d never book again with Hampton. The General Manager was more concerned with a luggage cart in the lobby than the multitude of broken and dirty objects in this hotel.
