On a 2 week long road trip through Europe staying at a number of different hotels, this was by far the best hotel experience we received! It was a problem with our booking, but the man at the front desk sorted it out an gave us a major upgrade. The following morning the Lady at the front desk was super nice and gave us free parking on top of the room upgrade. There might be nicer hotels, but the combination of service and facility is a major winner in my book.

Lovely hotel, the lobby was incredibly spacious and being attached to the Leverkusen Football ground was full of memorabilia making it a great place to stay for any football fan. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious also with lots of plug sockets. It was a shame that we couldn’t see the pitch clearly but did go to the top floor and look through the executive boxes windows. Parking was expensive and there was a Macdonald’s right opposite.

We really enjoyed the stay at the arenA and were able to take a close look at the green. The boys loved the history of the players and the football story’s. Excellent staff!

Fabulous stay at this hotel, the receptionist was really helpful and friendly when we checked in and made sure to add personal touch of letting my boys see the football pitch. Nothing was a problem, great time and great value. Would have been great to know the parking charges before we went as we expected parking as part of the just staying at the hotel.

Excellent stay at this stylish and friendly hotel. All rooms are directly over the bar and reception area but the superb sound proof doors mean no noise disturbs you in the room. Rooms were well equipped and in reasonable condition, in need of a little updating in places. Bathroom was excellent. Suggestions - €25 per person for breakfast too pricey. We had a deluxe room and were surprised to find no tea making facilities.

The hotel and rooms are ok but heavily overpriced. €220 per night without cleaning the room is really bad. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel with friendly service too.

There was a loud banging noise during my first night. I switched the air conditioning off for my second night and there was no loins banging noise in my room (326) or in my colleagues (325) so that may need checking. Aside from that it was a good stay.

The hotel was very clean and organized. The (bath)room was also clean. The only downside was the bar at this hotel. We arrived around 22:00 and the bar was already closed. It was not able to have a small drink with colleagues. It is a great hotel to spend the night, but don’t go their for a cozy restaurant/bar.

Excellent location, connected to the stadium. Staff members were great. I showed up early and they invited me for a free breakfast even though I wasn’t even officially checked-in. After breakfast I was told that a room still wasn’t available and to just wait for a few more minutes. To my surprise, they actuall came and got me to advise that my room was available. I’ve never been to a hotel we’re I needed to do an early booking and the staff actually came looking for me to advise that the room was ready. Highly recommended hotel.

Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Staff are helpful. The hotel is not closed to the main station but it’s nearby the stadium. I was there for the soccer match. It was good that I could go back to the hotel quickly. I had a light dining there which was good. If you don’t want a long walk back to the city center or train station this hotel is a good choice.

Great facilities including a sauna and gym. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Excellent breakfast selection of hot and cold food. The pancake machine broke so chef prepared a batch to order.A 15 minute walk from the train station which is 15 mins to Cologne and Düsseldorf. There are a couple of good restaurants near the hotel serving good local food, well worth a visit. The hotel is attached to Bayer Levekusens ground, for a footie fan like me was an added bonus. Unfortunately, no game the week end I stayed but managed a FC Koln game instead.

I stay at the Lindner BayArena when I am Leverkusen for meetings with my company headquarters. The Lindner staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast buffet and a reasonable menu for dinner. The wait staff and bartenders are always friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel without reservation.

Stayed at the Lindner for 4 nights on business in Leverkusen. Everything was pretty much spot on, including the food. The 5 star rating though is down to the staff. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly, but the bar staff deserved special praise. The Hotel was really busy on a couple of evenings with large groups of people hitting the bar at the same time - but they were on the ball and on more than one occasion served my colleague and I just as we'd run dry. We had a really good laugh with them too. I'll definitely be staying here again.
