Buena ubicación pero privacidad 0, se escucha todo

Solo la ubicación

Se escucha todo lo que haces, me reclamaron por ruidos molestos, y que querían que hiciera si hay una pareja fallando al lado de mi habitación y se escucha absolutamente todo.

Queda a unas 4 cuadras del metro

El lugar es medio peligroso, la loza estaba mal lavada, la puerta del baño no cerraba, el control del aire acondicionado tenía las pilas gastadas, la puerta del shower door no cierra bien, por lo q caía un poco de agua al bañarse, y la parte de la ducha teléfono no tenía donde agarrarse asiq había q bañarse con una mano y con la otra sostener la parte q tira el agua. No se puede salir de noche porque se nota q el barrio es medio peligroso

Kann man als Zwischenstopp für den Preis machen

Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 20-30 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Es wird Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Klimaanlage angeboten. Nette kleine und saubere Wohnung. Für den Preis okay

Es ist sehr hellhörig und laut bis weit nach Mitternacht. Die Abläufe stinken furchtbar. Es gibt keine normalen Messer, nur ein Brotmesser und pro Aufenthalt trotz Nachfrage nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind nicht abschließbar und die Treppe dorthin eher für schlanke sportliche Menschen geeignet

Buen costo beneficio pero con algunas dificultades

La limpieza y la decoracion

El ingreso de noche es muy complicado con ese candado y puerta y no tienen espacio para guardar equipaje durante el dia.

do not stay there!

it was a total Scam! when WE got to the door, there was a combination lock and When we called the phone number from the Advertisement, the woman falsely stated that she never received the money and wanted ME to pay again or she would NOT give me the combination lock! a big scam! so WE left!

Not worth the risk

After asking five times we were given a bin bag

We were accused of having made one side of the hob stop heating up and the host took our deposit here, and also tried to charge us for her repair person to put new plates on the hob through AirBNB which we booked an additional night on (it is cheaper on there). She sent photos of it with the brand new plates on claiming this is how it looked when we arrived even though they had also sent us WhatsApp photos of them clearly already old and rusty on our arrival which we could use to prove the claim was fraudulent. We were also by a local person that the area isn't safe after dark. Kitchen is quite poorly equipped. It is also very cold. They have heating but you have to pay extra to use it. There are also dodgy electrics in the apartment such as cables for appliances that have exposed wires that have been poorly patched with sellotape, photos attached. Hosts rude and defensive (as can see they have replied to all other bad reviews and complaints with excuses and trying to flip it on to guests which no doubt they will do again here). Really highly recommended against staying here. If you are lucky and have no issues it would be an okay deal, but not worth the risk of them taking against you if you report any issues and trying to flip it on you and take your money. I have attached screenshots showing an additional charge is indicated in the listing for air conditioning, but not for heating.

Exceptional

Fantastic apartment - clean and tidy, everything you need to cook, hot shower, comfy bed, and a great location - metro and supermadket just down the street. Enjoyed our stay here. The host was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money.

Quirky and comfortable.

This little apartment is very comfortable for a short visit. It was clean and quite well equipped in terms of bedding. The kitchen was OK a little scarce but I was still able to do some cooking. The lady who owns it was friendly and helpful and the WiFi is very good.

It is a little far from the city center and the area is a bit quiet, maybe not suitable to walk alone at night. But as a couple we did not feel unsafe.

Bad

Nice apartment quite cheap. Hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Extremely rude owner and cleaning lady. First we received a message that our credit card is invalid (everything was fine with it, we checked in supermarket) and the owner contacted us via WhatsApp saying that we should pay via some link. We asked if it's possible to pay when we arrive (security reasons ofc). So that's what we've done. We paid there by card (first she stated that the card does not work and we should pay with cash, we insisted and finally the card worked...). When asked about the washing machine, she replied that it comes with additional costs. We then send her a screenshot with the info that apartment should feature a washing machine. She replied that it's written that the service of loundry comes with additional costs and suggested us that we should read better. We desperately needed to do loundry though, so we were ready to pay for it. But it seemed to be impossible, as the owner informed us that the loundry can only be done at 11 am but the check out is untill 11 am. Furthermore there was no hot water in the evening. The owner informed us about it after we paid and said that it's not her problem. As we were paying for a night in an apartment without hot water, we asked if maybe we could do loundry for free (or at all). She again said that it's not her problem - it's a breakdown on the street and she can't tell the workers to work faster (we later saw that they have a hudge hot water tank). We showered in the morning - water was warm for like first 2 minutes. 5 minutes after this conversation our reservation on booking was cancelled by the facility. Another thing - the door. It was impossible to close it from the inside. Kitchen was equipped with exactly 2 forks, 2 small knives and 3 plates.

Better than staying in hostels

The studio apartment is in two small rooms . The first level is a small kitchen and the bathroom. The second level is the bedroom. The bed sheets were clean and looked new. The kitchen was functional for small cooking. The TV was a smart TV. The wi-fi connection was good.

I did not like the stairs. Especially in the middle of night if you need the washroom. I had to take the stairs several times a day. I needed a phone number to give the airline to bring my luggage. The owner said they have no phone number.

Perfect place for me

For me it was perfect! I had privacy, my own cooking space and my own bathroom which was a delight. The location was also perfect for me because I am a runner and I was able to easily go run in the San Cristóbal park area in the morning and then walk 5min to the metro station and be in the center of town very quickly. If i did not want to take the metro I would just walk to the center and it only took 20-30min. I would love to stay here again!

It was perfect for me but I wouldn't recommend it if you are used to staying at the Hilton 😅

Inexpensive booking in Santiago city

I did not meet the host. I only met a lady who worked there. She was helpful and the apartment was clean and good enough for me. Despite the apartment is not located in a nice surrounding, it is easy to get around with the metro. The best part was its close location to the Santa Lucia hill.

No mention about whether we pay tax or not. I was just charged cash on site and no payment confirmation document. The windows did not lock. I did not know whether I could leave valuables, so had to carry them around with me.
