Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast included. Helpful staff. 1/2 mile walk to Assembly metro stop, short ride to downtown Boston. Lots of new retail and restaurants in Assembly Row area.

Place could use a major upgrade. Staff was excellent. However heat all over (including halls and fitness center) was way too hot, big energy waste. Also very disappointing; only one treadmill and one exercise bike working in fitness center, all other equipment "out of order", my husband and I could not both get in a workout as the only working equipment was in use.

The area is a construction nightmare and very confusing for GPS if you are not familiar with the area. The hotel itself is average. For the rates charged, I was satisfied and would stay again, but it's your standard stuff in the 100-200 per night range. The staff was very friendly.

Walls on 7th floor are horridly thin or non insulated. We heard everything up until we knocked on wall at 0230AM. Beds comfy, towels scratchy, dove soap and shampoo was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall good value for 155$ a night compared to the 210 and up in the Back Bay area.

We had a wonderful, soothing stay at La Quinta. While I frequently choose this hotel for its budget-friendly prices, I find myself returning more so for its cozy and welcoming ambiance. The colorful warmth of the space creates a sense of comfort that feels truly inviting, and I always appreciate the consistent quality of the service. This time, I was especially glad to find a deal on Hotels.com, making my experience even better. I look forward to staying at La Quinta again for its soothing environment and reliable hospitality!

The airport shuttle service and the price point (boy! if you don't have to go to Boston, don't! ;-)) were my reasons for choosing this hotel. I was surprised to find another benefits: Assembly Metro Station were not far away! The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The hall way somehow smell moldy with strange smell. I like the way the room will be made only if you contact the front desk. This does help save the environment, but it requires booking a day prior although the clerks will collect trash or towers if you put them outside the door.

First off we choose this hotel for the shuttle, when we called and told them we were flying in at 11pm they said, "Shuttle is broken but we will pay for your taxi". Once we arrived at 11:15pm they told us that theyvdont pay for taxis after 10pm. It only git wiorse from them. Hotel carpets are beyond disgusting, furniture broken down, staff disorganized and rude. Spare yourself all the trauma and don't stay here!

This place is not worth $300 a night. It is okay at best. Not the cleanest, breakfast is okay, the airport shuttle takes a while cause it only leaves every top of the hour. Overall it was okay, just way over priced.

Hotel is old, not updated, and could use a really good cleaning. Carpet in room has spots and noticeable dirt behind furniture. Stayed here because of the location and everything else was sold out or WAY too expensive.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Staff were great. Nice shopping & restaurants very close, plus the T station was less than a 10 minute walk away, which makes it super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is actually not their fault. There was some construction in the area around the hotel, so it looked a bit dirty.

The hotel was convenient for heading to the airport - although we were not able to use the shittle service which seemed not very timely. The hotel needs a renovation - everything seems worn out. The ground floor is really cramped for space for bkfast, checking in and sitting. Staff was uneven and not especially helpful. There is no hotel resturant and really no redturants in reasonable walking diistance

The employees were polite, but the overall condition of the hotel was horrible. It was not clean and there was a stuffy smell. The doors were also very loud, so I kept waking up anytime someone left their room. For the price I was paying, the hotel needs an upgrade!

Room smells like smoke. I don’t smoke and unable to sleep. Told them I have children's with me. I was requested for different room and said they don’t have available room which has two queens size bed. They should change the carpet for the room and hallway. It was a nightmare for me.

The property definitely needed upgrading. The carpets were stained and the bureau and desk were broken. Also, we had a guest across the hall who left their dog unattended, and the dog barked and howled for over a half hour beginning before 8:00 a.m.!

This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was old, filthy and smelled bad. The nightly price is an absolute scam. The TV in my room didn’t work, the hotel is outdated w old dirty furniture, it smelled awful, there was wads of hair on the carpet, dust, and just left over debris. The front desk lady was very sweet so nothing about the service was bad, but the actual space is absolutely not worth what they’re charging. I would never stay there again.

This LaQuinta stood by itself among a construction area. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Hotel is worn and could use a fresh coat of paint. Room was clean and hot breakfast was enough. Located 4 blocks from a major shopping area with eateries. 12 min walk to the subway Orange Line that takes you into Boston Commons. Shuttle available to airport.
