L’emplacement, la chambre le service tout est parfait

The only thing better was the breakfast..

The beds were super uncomfortable. Spent the whole night awake…I could literally feel the springs in the mattress poking my back. We asked the front desk if we could switch our room to which they denied our request. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in

Mediocre place; but the staff is stellar, doing their best under the circumstances.

The staff was the best; professional, courteous, helpful, solicitous, tending to my very needs, beyond their call of duty, knowledgeable about the neighborhood. The quality of the staff, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage is 6 Stars.

Unlike other Hyatt Places and Houses where I have stayed, this one in Medford has very much to be desired. The building looks nice on the outside, but it shows that the management is cutting corners. Some housekeeping issues were not taken care of; the pool was not properly cleaned - I took one look at it and saw a dirty film of something on the surface, enough to make me run away. The "Eatery" had food available from Tuesday to Thursday only !!!! The front desk is understaffed; although I was well taken care of, I saw many guests patiently waiting their turn. Housekeeping was also way understaffed; the room was well made but it took the staff forever to get around it and the equipment was old and non operative!!! Those are my own private observations.

The staff was amazing 🤩 from check in to check out !!!

Our room was too hot and I couldn’t find the thermostat to turn it down but my son’s room down the hall had a thermostat? But otherwise the room was good

had to move to a different room. TV channels were incorrect or couldn't hear the channel. radiator was was banging very loudly which was a reason for the room change. paying to park is ridiculous especially for a Hyatt horrible internet

Special thanks to Raymond.... helped me with directions and early morning taxi to airport. Also, room size was terrific, bed comfortable.

A decent stay

Complimentary breakfast and kitchen staff were wonderful. We had maintenance/stafg respond quickly.

The water in the shower was cold/Luke warm. We did not have consistent room service.

I was disappointed. I booked there for the pool and it was closed. Very high price for no pool.

Pool was closed, dust on phone, nightstand ect… didn’t have smart tv and charged if you wanted to watch movies. Very high priced to have no pool or modern tV’s

Good place for a quick stop, a little further out of town but easily accessible.

Overall the hotel met our expectations, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was very spacious. We were travelling as a group of five adults, so we had two double beds, a sofa bed, kitchenette and one bathroom. We only stayed one night and the room was fine for us, the breakfast was compact but there was plenty of variety and the woman running breakfast was so friendly and welcoming, it was a lovely start to the day. Really appreciated the 24/7 access to tea and coffee!

We found the two double beds to be quite soft, although they were comfy, it meant you often found yourself in the night rolling into the middle and as they were doubles there wasn't a huge amount of space. The sofa bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so thin you could feel every part of the frame underneath it. It was fine for one night, and one person, but I think we would have struggled any longer. Maybe we just unlucky and had a slightly older model sofa bed.

Never book with Booking.com! False Confirmations!!!

Absolutely Nothing! I did not get to experience it because they did not have my booking confirmed with Booking.com and therefor did not have my room reserved for myself, husband, and 4 children. I was forced to find last minute accommodations the very day I arrived at the hotel with zero compensation or alternative bookings. We sat in the hotel lobby calling dozens of places just to find the only place we could afford was a Motel 6 an hour farther than we were supposed to be and two of my children had to sleep on the floor on inflatable pool floaties (all we could find at 9pm at night) because the only room available did not have enough beds for 6.

I did not like that Booking.com confirmed my reservation in March, providing me with a confirmation number, and then coming to find the hotel did not have it when we arrived in August. I did not like showing up at the hotel with my 4 children and husband, all excited to have an amazing 5 day experience at the hotel and Boston, come to a grinding halt, with major drastic changes in our 7 month planned vacation. I did not like that the hotel was already fully booked and they dis not offer me any compensation or alternative place to stay.
