Our stay here was very nice. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff delivered new towels and water every day, and cleaned the room after our 3rd night. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options. Perfect add on. Our only challenge, was when checking out and trying to get to the airport, the valet staff told us they could get us a car for $45 flat. When the car arrived, we got in, and as we drove away, the driver was not aware of this agreement, and instead was going to charge by the meter, with a $20 rate just to get in. We ended up getting out of the car and called an uber. Waiting for the driver and the need to get another car delayed us by 30 min, which almost made us miss our flight. This part of the experience was not pleasant. I would suggest not taking any suggested drivers from the hotel for this reason.

Booked 5 rooms for my family waiting for a cruise the next day. Location is great, but 1 room was filthy and 1 room was right next to the elevator which was super noisy all night long. Rooms are very small with the bathroom being the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. Would stay if I had to again, but would definitely try and find some place else first.

Excellent location, walking distance from Ocean Blvd restaurants, Espanola Way, Lincoln shopping, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. Great breakfast buffet! We loved Henry in the service desk as he was very easy going, friendly customer service, helpful in every question we had. My friend and I for sure will be coming back to this hotel on our next trip to Miami.

A great stay at the President Hotel. Nice breakfast and pool at sister hotel next door. Two free drinks were included. Henry checked us in and was a great help to us. Kevon helped us with our luggage and stored it away before and after we checked in and out - which was convenient. Nice and friendly staff. Great location a block away from Espanola Way and Ocean drive. The hotel suggested city and boat tour and it was totally worth it - going to Little Havana and nice boat tour of the affluent houses in Miami Beach.

At my stay between 6-7 of Nov. there was no wi-fi service. Your employee at the front desk the night of my stay was not helpful. I requested a soap and he said he would take it to my room. Never delivered it. Was not as clean and nice as depicted in the photos. Would like to get an adjustment in my bill

Overall it was cool with the exception of the elevators not working. The doorman was able to take my luggage up 4 flights of stairs for me but when I left at 4am, I had to being them down.

Awesome experience. Customer service was impeccable. Kevon gave us a warm welcome. Henry and other cs associates were also helpful. We arrived early on a rainy day and was able to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, near the beach, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. We were given water on arrival. There was water in the room and we got vouchers for complementary drinks at the bar. Convenient transport to the cruise port the next day. 1 night stay. Will stay here again.

Excelent location. A few blocks from the beach, Espanhola way and Lincoln Road. The room was good and confortable. We could have as many botles of water as we wanted, no extra charges. Breakfast was simple, a litle bit crowed, but good.

The breakfast was great. The room was also clean. It is very close to the beach 7-8 minutes walk. Kevon helped us a lot, he was very polite, funny and welcoming, we would definitely come back to this hotel again. We had no problems and were not charged extra. We got our deposit back.

The place was meh nothing to rave about I had issues I was put in two rooms that were occupied already had to move also the resort fees wasn’t worth it the line was out the door to eat the breakfast buffet because they served you so my family and I just checked out without breakfast the one thing I liked about the place was the valet parking would I stay again probably not

Rooms are extremely small, even the Penthouse. All the breakfast that is shown beautifully advertised in pictures are false. Everyday it was sausage, one day it was bacon, home fries, eggs, bagels, mini waffles and a banana or orange, one day it was apples. They did have cereal and tea, coffee, cranberry juice and orange juice. Everyone I spoke to complained about the breakfast and room size.

Stay away from this property !!!! There are huge water bugs in the room !!! Had to leave and stay at a different hotel, as we had no alternative solution from management . Called about the bugs in the room , front desk hung up . Very unprofessional staff. Property is old and filthy. “Breakfast buffet” is subpar.

I booked this hotel as it said parking available and breakfast included. On arrival there is no parking at hotel unless you want to pay valet €€ for 24hrs or park in the municipal parking a short walk away for €2 per hour, which we had to do. We then also found out the ‘included breakfast’ was only for 2 people, so had to pay more when checking in. So what I thought was reasonably priced hotel turned out to cost much more than expected. We had a double Queen bed room which had no extra space anywhere and the bathroom was tiny, most of the room taken up by the shower. Barely enough room between the sink and toilet to stand up. Breakfast food was ok, but limited for choice and they put the portions on your plate. Not self serve buffet. All felt a bit rushed.

Upon arriving early, the staff was kind, accommodating to allowing me in my room early, and also upgraded my room for free. Each time I went to leave the resort to go to the beach or rooftop pool, I received a beach towel and water bottle with a smile. Each morning I attended the free breakfast, which was limited, but just enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again soon.

Great hotel well located near the beach! However , they should wait during the quiet season to do renovations and painting creating noise early morning in the hallway waking up our daughter.
