Excellent hotel. Very clean. The staff is amazing. Very safe area. I am returning. The rooms are very comfy. I loved it.

Noise, everywhere, sleepless all night.

Perry (night front desk clerk) was absolutely amazing! We are relocating to the area and ny family needed a room for the night while our new home was being prepared. After a long day of driving and frustration he was such a delight. He changed our room to better suit our needs and was so accommodating and friendly. He also shared some great local places to try. We felt so welcomed. The room was clean and in great condition. Great stay we will recommend to family coming into town.

The hotel room felt outdated and not very clean. Ice machine was broken on my floor. My window shade did not align properly so I had a tough time closing the blinds. The surrounding area was quiet and safe. Hotel is dog-friendly. Check-in process was easy and quick. Parking is included. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included - hot cooked food: eggs, sausages, waffles, homefries, cereal, coffee, etc. Overall, average stay. Good price for 1 night

Serviceable hotel. What baffled me was the "free breakfast" where everything is "disposable" Styrofoam. This stuff ends up in landfills and never breaks down. Why are high volume places still using this stuff? Washing a few dishes is not that hard. Also, the coffee was the worst I have had in a while and couldn't choke it down with 4 creams. Let me shaking my head and questioning folks in the South.

I stayed 3 nights for a business trip. Pros: The bed was comfortable, the AC was not noisy, and the coffee was decent. Cons: The toilet ran non-stop and I reported it to the front desk two mornings in a row. It still was not fixed on my last night there. I had to manually shut the valve off each night before bed because it never stopped running. The shower had mildew along the door frame and the hair dryer clips were broken so it laid on the counter vs clipped into the wall. There is an abundance of hotels in that area. This will not be my first choice when I'm in the area again unless they make improvements. These are small things that the onsite staff has control over to fix.

was clean, my room was very clean, bathroom clean, watee was nice & hot, and my bed was very comfortable. I will stay again 👍

Very nice up-to-date clean place to stay while in Concorde, we enjoyed it and booked another night for our trip back.

Overall, I gave a rating of 4. Upon checking in, I was greeted and checked-in from a gentleman and he was so kind and warm. He was very helpful and made sure to give us tips on the area. I hate that I can't remember his name(Terry maybe?) but he was a gem.We stayed in a junior suite with a king bed and sofa bed. The room was quaint and neat. The refrigerator was disgusting and I refused to use it. Thankfully, we brought a cooler. The shower was hot and definitely a plus after a long drive. Overall, we made it through our stay and it was quiet, with a hot simple breakfast, and positioned in a good location.

thy detailsWe stayed a night, in our room the toilet would not flush properly. This was late at night when we came back to realize this. I called front desk and was told they had a plunger and to plunge it ourselves. That was in unexceptionable. Once I came downstairs and spoke face to face. They changed our room after telling us on the phone they were full. The next morning I can down and explained the issue to the front desk where I was told would be compensated for the stay. A few days later I didn’t see the refund. I called and spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude. He told me basically I was lying and he will not honor that refund. But will offer me a half off stay. Once I continue to ask him why would I call about a refund if it was not offered. He became even more rude and told me, the half stay if no longer an option and I should just stay someplace else. The manager was rude and nasty, when I was not that way to him. Confused! If your stuff messed up why am I being punished and talked to like I wasn’t a customer.

Housekeeping did not clean room after 1st night-bed was not made, clean towels, cups, toilet paper, Kleenex not provided. Night front desk clerk was unpleasant and disinterested in guest needs.

Inadequate bedcovers, chilly all night so had to crank the heat which made the air very very dry.
Evening staff was wonderful especially Perry.
He tried to make our stay as wonderful as it could be.
Accommodations here were quite adequate but bare bones.

I liked the location,it is near everything you need.I did not like the appearance of the refrigerator and microwave, they both looked beat up with the refrigerator having an excessive amount of frost in it.

Most all hotels have begun charging exorbitant rates for individual food items at breakfast (much like a restaurant) which is cost prohibiting to the consumer but because they have you ‘captive’ they are able to take advantage while not entirely being upfront on these additional expenses. We all have to eat, right??
Well, having said that, this hotel had a true Continental Breakfast provided at no additional cost to the customer!!
Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights. This hotel is reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent each morning. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly and attentive. We were well taken care of and I will stay here again when I return to Charlotte.6
