Had to extend the stay, the manager ended up calling…. Only reason the score went up from 1. Very unprofessional staff, lacks training and customer service. Kudos to the manager that reached out.

I had to attend a funeral and I was looking for something inexpensive, clean, and safe. My only issue that I have is the late check in. Although I was allowed to check in before 4pm, I wish that check in time would be earlier.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was great. I decided to give it another try. I'm not sure what happened but it changed. First off the staff was friendly and the room was somewhat clean. Lets start with the smell. The smell of weed hits you in the hall way and when we got to our room the smell of cigarette smoke and weed smacked us in the face when we opened the door. Both nights that we stayed there, the t.v. signal went out like clockwork at the same time each night. The first night it never came back on. The second night I called the front desk and it miraculously came back on. The thermostat is on a motion sensor, which means at night when you need it the most, the air doesn't come on unless something moves around. Most of this I could have overlooked but what set me off was the fact that I paid $15 extra per person per night for a "continental breakfast". When I went down the first morning searching for it, the front desk told me I could pick 3 things off the cart that consisted of wrapped danish, muffins, bagels, some fruit and juice and milk. So I paid $15 for $6 worth of snacks from a convenience store. The second morning we didn't make it down until 10:30 only to be told that it ended at 10:00. Seriously? No one told us an end time and I had a voucher. The snacks are right there behind the desk. Either just say you don't have breakfast so people can make plans or have a REAL breakfast and include it in the price of the room. This was insulting.

If you want clean towels or washcloths you have to go to lobby to get them. The hallways smelled terrible. The people at the front desk were always very nice and courteous but the property was not was it was advertised to be.

Disappointed with breakfast options that you had to pay for. And no free coffee. Bed and room was very good. Had to pay for parking at hotel.

The sheets were stain, there was pieces of trash behind the bed , stains on the pillow cases and the bed sheets smelled weird

If you can get past, the hallways for the carpet is dirty and nasty and the elevator make noise. The rooms are perfect.

It was a nice place but in the mornings we were awaken up to the smell of weed coming into our room and when we left for the day the hall smelled very bad of weed. I told the front desk about it but nothing was done except for I am sorry.

Didn’t seem like a great area.

This trip was for my husband’s birthday and it was amazing. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly! Whenever we needed towels and wash cloths we got them FAST! Will definitely book again!
