We reserved our room on Hotels.com and got an excellent price. However, it was at a price. Our room was directly across from the laundry. Not only were they busy all night, but an employee had her daughter with her and talked a lot. It was very hard to sleep through the noise. I put a towel across the base of the door to mute some of the noise, but it didn't help much.

The toilet was very low and small and took forever to flush. It also ran a lot. The view was of the roof, not the water. It was adequate but not nice.

Check in was good, room was good, sounds coming from the room above were awful. With my tv on, i heard every step and peeing and movement on the upstairs bed. If they stepped hard, it vibrated the sliding door like someone was trying to get in.

Our stay was very comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom had backed up in middle of night. Got a plunger and house keeping cleaned next day. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was nice. The only complaint really is signage outside not lit up at all. So getting back after dark took a min. Elevator very busy so stairs where our friend. Overall was a pleasant experience. Gorgous view of sunset from our room. We had loft room for 3 adults was perfect! Would do again!

Staff were great. Very friendly. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. What is up with the insanely small low/short toilets in the room though? I have never in my life come across such a small low/short toilet. Our knees were practically in our armpits when using the toilet. Very strange and hard to get up from.

Unfortunately, we were given (I believe) the worst room on the property ... overlooking the roof. The bed has seen way better days. Both my wife and I got about 2 hours of sleep apiece. Bathroom was a nightmare to maneuver around. Breakfast was good, but no milk was made available for cereal or drinking. Staff said the milk they had was frozen and couldn't be used. At checkout we were asked about our stay. We spoke of our concerns and what we had experienced, and all we received was a "thank you for sharing that with us" ... end of story. Not even a "so sorry about that." Even though it was the price point that drew us in to stay with Comfort Inn and Suites in Ocean Shores, Washington,, I'm very doubtful we'll ever stay here at this property again.

I'm very conflicted as im writing this due to the fact that my family has stayed at the Comfort inn for years and have had good experiences. This time NOT SO MUCH and it has seemed to follow us home we checked in and stayed our first night and shortly after Breakfast my son found a bug on his bed he thought it was a wierd looking bug so he trapped it in a bottle after taking some pictures and trying to figure out what kind of bug it was, we weren't sure if it was a bed bug or a tick so my wife asked the front desk and they switched us room's and of course they said it was a up grade but really it was all a big in convinces it was missing the fridge that has the freezer all together and the fridge it did have my wife had to clean it out, the sheets had some glue or something and had to be changed and there was a beer can still left on the floor next to the bed, but you could kinda see the ocean. If there was some other place to stay we would have but after getting home and my daughter telling me she's itchy she shows me her legs that have about 10 to 20 bites so looking at the pictures and doing very little research it was DEFINITELY A FULL GROWN BED BUG meaning the staff all know and thats the reason they were so quick to take the bug in the bottle and throw it away and my son wanted to keep it.I was told they barely looked at it before offering to switch our room and all my wife wanted at that time was out of that room. Now we are very stressed out over the whole experience.

I was sooo looking forward to this trip with my kids. The front desk people were very kind, but I was way over charged for my room. I did not know that it was an extra 20 dollars a night by saying I had adults instead of kids. We didn’t eat any of the breakfast yet it was nice to have the coffee. I never ever give reviews let alone bad ones.However, I know the manager could have refunded me the over charge of the room stays, yet she chose not to. This could have been an easy fix to create a lifetime loyal customer. I will be taking my visit elsewhere.

Overall it was ok, Fridge in room didnt work which was replaced with break room fridge. Beds are terrible (Queen with Partial view balcony room. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about. Liquid eggs and sausage links (first bite i spit it out the sausage), biscuits were microwaved then put out, but gravy was ok ( didnt realize biscuits came frozen then microwaved until after i ate them and saw staff zap them lol. The waffles were the most decent breakfast item. Pool and hot tub worked. Jets were nice on one side of hot tub (wall with pump) and was consistent 103 degrees. Overall not worth the price of the room i paid during my trip. Total of $632 for 2 nights was not worth it which price increase in this area is for mainly cause they offer a breakfast which next time i will opt out and just find food elsewhere ( i would actually prefer mcdonalds). Elevator stopped working last night we were there 8/17/24

Not the greatest and not the worst. But the most run down comfort in I've stayed at. It was ok. Their maintenance man doesnt do the best work. Patchy fixes that look like a tween boy did it. It just needs some TLC and I feel like with all the summer usage they would have enough to make it nicer and more toward the brand. But thats my opinion. I feel like most hotels in ocean shores are the same or worse.

The location is great but the inside needs an upgrade. The room we were in had stained bedding and towels. We also found food leftovers on the floor that had been there for who knows how long. The people working there were all SUPER nice and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel is in a great location for asking the beach. This is a huge attraction and it’s price is the best around. It also has space for larger families and offers a nice hot breakfast.

Loved the location, the check in person, and that we were able to get in about 40 minutes early. The only “issue” was that the room had a terrible cleaning product smell.

Stayed for 2 nights, Had a room with a balcony which was great. Breakfast was just ok. Could have used a bit more variety instead of the exact same thing every day. The 2nd day the biscuits were hard and the sausage needed to be cooked a little longer. Would have liked some yogurt and more fruit. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the sheets worn out - they kept coming off as the elastic was worn out. Room was clean and nice sized. I would stay here again as the location was good and the price was reasonalble

We had a last-minute reservation, the staff were great, and the room was very clean. The lobby and pool were also very clean. What I didn't like was the exterior doors at the exits were not secured, cigarette butts were on the ground next to doors and found some on the stairs. Also, I tripped on a hose that was left on the ground on the south side of the building. I would stay here again if I needed a last-minute stay.

There seemed to be very little communication between employees as every new employee we spoke to had a different answer to the same questions including when you pay for your stay, when check in and out was, etc.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony and although we couldn’t see the ocean, we could hear it. Also, there was air conditioning, which surprised me because I didn’t think it did 😊 We didn’t try the breakfast. Pool and exercise room looked nice although we didn’t try them either. Short stay fir us. would stay again

Staff are nice. However, beds are terribly soft, could feel springs and they sagged, definitely should change mattresses. Also, did not stock bathrooms with soap. Air conditioner is loud, and elevator is old and creaky

The property served our purposes. It was nice to have breakfast included and a pool for our daughter to swim in. Bed was soft and the room was adequate.
