My family and I had the misfortune of staying at this nightmare of a hotel. From the moment we walked into our room, it was clear this place had zero standards of hygiene or comfort. The first thing that hit us was the stench—an overwhelming musty odor that seemed to be embedded in every inch of the stained, grimy carpet. And the carpets were just as bad in the hallways, spreading the awful smell throughout the entire floor. It felt like the whole hotel had given up on basic cleanliness. The real horror awaited us in the bed. As we pulled back the sheets, we were horrified to see roaches scurrying around, and to our utter disbelief, a live bed bug crawling across the pillow. Yes, you read that right—roaches and bed bugs, in the actual bed! My kids were terrified, and we spent the entire night in absolute fear of what might crawl on us. This place is a complete disgrace. If you value your health and sanity, stay far, far away.

The property was highly rated, but was disappointing. Floor was not vacuumed, trash and bugs were everywhere. The tub was stained. The phone, lamps and furniture was dirty. The fridge and microwave were clean.

Night staff was rude, couldn't find out reservation even after explaining that it was from the prior day since we didn't make it to our hotel until 3am because of travel. When we went to check out there was no one at the desk and took them 10 minutes to show up. Elevator sounded more like a hellavator and could possibly give out at anytime. Beds were comfortable enough, walls in the bathroom were dirty and looked like parts were starting to fall apart.

The first room (119) was a hell to the no! The carpet reeked of musk and the tub was dirty! Got transferred to 120 (after having to go outside and get the desk clerk) which was a little better. The toilet seat was missing a screw, so you can imagine how frustrating it is to have the seat move on you. No ice…and to add insult to injury, we were told we could not have extra towels Saturday night! I went to front desk the next morning and was only given two large towels. Asked the room attendant for 4 face towels and she handed me two. I don’t know about most but I don’t use the same towel for my body as I do my face! Extra towels were also needed to stand on while showering. Stains on the bedding and 1999 gnats in the room. A hard no for me, I do NOT recommend. My boyfriend was born and raised in Houston, 5th Ward to be exact and even he had things to say…now that says a lot! Having an option to watch any type of streaming channel would have been a plus…tv’s extremely outdated.

The room did not smell fresh. Bottom of tub was very stained. AC did not cool properly. My son’s room had a pull out sofa that had red stains on it so they all had to sleep in one bed. Will not be back.

Sure, here's a polished version of your hotel review: --- We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a lingering cigarette smell and a slightly humid atmosphere. By nighttime, the smell seemed to lessen, or perhaps I just got used to it. Despite these issues, we all slept well and found our stay to be satisfactory overall. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The bathtub was very dirty, which deterred us from using it for showers. Additionally, room service did not replace our towels or make the couch bed during our outing. While the $80 per night rate was affordable, it was evident in the level of cleanliness and service provided. In summary, although we managed to get good rest, if cleanliness is a priority for you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Nothing was unique about this property. The location was suspect and i did not stsy there. I paid for a 1 night cancelation fee even though I chose not to stay for the 2 night reservation. Online pictures does not represent property and surrounding area accurately. I am waiting on my refund for the 2nd night of my reservation. I paid to stay at another hotel for my visit.

Nothing like they advertised, this hotel needs to be remodeled from the fire alarm hanging out from the wall to the poorly kept pool/hotub. There is no cameras outside whatsoever 7 trucks got there windows smashed. Not a safe environment at all. highly recommend other options

am writing to formally request the cancellation of my reservation and a full refund for my stay at your hotel, comfort suite , due to the unacceptable condition of the room I was assigned. Upon checking into my room, I discovered several issues that made my stay impossible: 1. The room was dirty, with stained sheets that appeared to have blood and other bodily fluids on them. 2. There was a pervasive smell of mold throughout the room. 3. The cable television service was not functioning. These conditions are completely unacceptable and do not meet the standards of cleanliness and comfort that I expect from a hotel. As a result, I request that my reservation be canceled immediately and that I receive a full refund for my stay. Additionally, I request written confirmation of this cancellation and refund. I was in Austin for 5 days. My room was clean and nice. The problem is that I didn’t receive any room service until the fourth day. I asked many times, but they told me that my room was not on the list. The room key was not working; you have to try it again and again, and that’s not cool, especially in an area you don’t know. The pool was not clean either. I don’t think I’ll be going back there.

The pictures on the site do not do any justice. The rooms look nothing like the photos, the room was way worse. This hotel is dirty and smells, bfast was ok , hot tub didnt work as well, iron had something on it that ruined my work clothes, no padding oan the ironing board. Call and make aure everything works before.

the place was clean, did not smell bad, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean. The road construction sucks and almost had to do a complete turn around until I found you need to turn into any drive way then drive through multiple business parking lots to get back to the location I would absolutely return to stay except my issue is with policies and extra charges after paying in full with a third party.

My room was not serviced for 5 consecutive days of my stay. So I needed to get form front desk more shampoo, towels and Kleenex. Also had NO internet for 5 of the days in my stay. Breakfast was very good with several choices. Room was very quiet despite being a few feet away from the expressway - barely heard road noise. Parking was easy and plenty of spots.

I was in town for weekend business trip. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable and having a couch inside made it feel like a Suite. The complimentary breakfast was very good sausage link were delicious and Texas waffles always a favorite. Parking lot was well lit plenty of lighting and felt very safe . I prepaid this stay and am so sorry I did. Otherwise, I would have cancelled immediately. The halls floors are stained. The room floors are stained as well. The bathroom door was water damaged and screwed together with rusted nails. The worst part was the bathtub and shower. Leaking faucet, zero water pressure, and the floor of the tub was gray/black from what I can only describe as old skin cells? After being there for one night I was told that this property is where homeless were house during the pandemic! That would have been good to know prior to making my reservation. As a result, I will not trust Expedia with future trips. I can hardly believe that this property was given a good rating on your site! Very unhappy.

This stay was a major disappointment. I had checked reviews ahead of time and was fairly confident that this would be a nice place to relax in the evenings while visiting Austin. Upon arrival, the exterior was lacking (inoperative front door, broken wobbly bench out front, cigarette butts, litter and weeds growing in front. The room was a similar experience. The carpet was extremely dirty and had areas with what looked like blood stains in multiple locations in the room, the fixtures and furniture were worn and needing updating, smelled like smoke even though they claimed it was a nonsmoking room, the elevators were very slow and not smooth in operation, and one night I only had enough hot water for a luke warm shower. I am not even sure how that happens in a hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly but there was a major communication barrier between cleaning staff and front desk help which I witnessed upon arrival. Front desk help was not impressive at any shift that I observed during my stay. When I went to inquire about checking out a day early the front desk help was very rude and unhelpful, not to mention the fact that she had a hard time prying herself away from whatever she was watching on her phone when I approached and acted like I was bothering her. Unimpressed in every way. Not worth the $270 “deal” I paid for a two night stay.
