Liked the resort feel and friendly staff!

Upscale hotel at a very reasonable price! Luxurious lobby off the bar, market room w/snax and business capability. Quiet, friendly atmosphere! Food was really great! Really enjoyed it. Only thing missing was a micro, which we could have used to warm up our dog’s food!

Horrible directions to your room and so confusing. Elevators were too far away from main lobby and check-in.

Everything was fine except that the a/c was very loud when the compressor was running. A vibration of sorts. I told the receptionist when checking out and he made note of it.

Hotel itself is clean. Super rude staff! STAFF: you really are an inconvenience to them. Unless you do things exactly the way they feel it should be done then you are a nuisance. The gentleman checking us in, was not friendly or helpful, just irritated that I had a baby in my hands and didn’t have my ID read or put my own credit card in the machine for incidentals. RESTAURANT: Just go off hotel grounds. There are lots of places to eat a short drive away. The food here was absolutely terrible and the bartender who came and waited on us at our terrible was so rude. Asked if I could substitute my salad with another salad and his response was a curt no with complete irritation that I would even ask. Then we we got our food was either not hot, had no flavor at all and my salmon tasted so fishy I could not eat it. Bottom line go into Waukesha or Delafield just down the road. POOL: The pool area was beautiful, BUT the pool itself needs some serious upgrading. Cracked tile, scum on edges and tile, pool floor uneven and over the inside of the pool just needs to be address. Someone did test the water why we were in it so that did make me feel better. ROOM: Small, but aside from that very nice. Clean and modern. The air conditioner is right next to the bed so it’s pretty chilly for the person closest to it, but it’s better than not having one. Beds are a bit soft for me, but that is personal preference. So overall rooms are nice. *TV: Live Tv only free all other items $$.

The bathroom door allowed others to see in and directly to the shower via the large mirror. The beds were smaller than queen sized and were creaky, yet when we checked in it was said we had the governor's suite with queen beds. The patio door was stopped by a piece of wood that we had to figure out how to remove in order to open it. The air conditioners were constantly cycling on and off and the bedroom had few outlets and no alarm clock. It was easy to hear what was going on in the neighboring rooms. There was a sticky substance in the coat closet. The bathroom had no active ventilation. The only good thing was the size, but it felt unnecessary and wasn't used especially because of the bathroom door issue.

The property had a lovely indoor pool and outside garden that we appreciated daily. While we had several issues with the key fobs, we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to rest and recover after planning a loved one's passing services.

uneventful, quiet clean , a little noise in halls after 10 pm on Saturday night. No big deal.. I would stay there again..

All staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed the one night but had a great sleep. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $15, most hotels offer that kind of breakfast included with their stay.

Overall, the property was good, but the waterpark tickets are really expensive. There’s no hot tub that’s accessible unless you pay for the waterpark tickets. The hotel pool is inside and closes at 10 and if you’re in there past 10 you’ll be kicked out by security. There is a courtyard that’s a pretty decent set up with fire pits but once again, Security will come over and put your fire out with water at nine or 10 o’clock. I do believe which is stupid so we could even sit down there and relax after 12 hours of traveling on the motorcycles that day they also charge you $100 as a hold on your credit card per a day that you stay there , which is super inconvenient because if you’re on a budget, nobody wants an extra hundred dollars per day charged on their credit card even if you are getting it back and you don’t get it back right away So it hinders you up if you’re on budget while you’re on vacation Overall, the state was OK but most likely will probably find someplace else next time I’m up that way

Great one night stay. My wife and I stayed here as we went to a brewers game & the following morning we had a race at Miller Park. The hotel was super clean and nice. The staff were friendly as well. They have a nice courtyard with lawn games as well. That’s a benefit & potential drawback depending on who you are. The courtyard is open until 10pm so it’ll be noisy until that time. I don’t think that’s a big deal, but if you’re looking to go to bed b4 10 it likely won’t happen. The hotel had free coffee in the main lobby as well. We didn’t use the h2o park as we were just there for an overnight but it looked nice as well. In the end, yes, I’d stay here again.

Other than the front lobby staff being rude my stay with excellent. The indoor water was a bit expensive but I'd stay there again

Staff was professional, kind, and welcoming. The restaurant was good. The bad thing was that all of the pillows were very lumpy with hard spots. Very uncomfortable. Also they had down blankets on the beds but didn’t use duvets. They just sandwiched it between two sheets which was also uncomfortable and I got a bit tangled in.

Everything was great for my 12 hour stay but the room looked out onto the the gravel roof and otger side of building. Not a big deal but would have stunk if I was staying longer.

This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.

The rooms were completely amazing. The beds were comfy. The water park was great my 6 year old granddaughter and her cousin had a blast. It was bittersweet leaving. Most definitely will rebook here if we come back next yr for AAU NY2LA tournament. Thank you so much

Very comfortable rooms.

This property is tired and run down. The rooms smell and the staff is rude. The water park hasn’t changed in 20 years, in need of some updates. Do not recommend, many nicer properties in the area.
