Clean room and comfy bed. We were in the king suite so plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was really good with different options. My daughter liked the indoor pool. Great stay. The only hiccup was the last night we had no hot water. Lori at the front desk worked right on it and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

1st room given had broken blinds and no privacy curtain. Could see right out to the parking lot Asked and received a different room. Second room bathroom door handle was broken and the toilet paper holder was also broken. Blinds were very dirty. Toilet made very loud squeeling noise when flushed and lasted a minute or more.

Almost good, needs some work which construction was happening at 8pm as we were getting to our room. The tiles in our bathroom were loose, shower value was so loose I thought it was going to fall off (we had no hot water either). The bed was comfortable but we were missing an extra pillow which would have been nice. The bagels we had for breakfast were stale, but the rest of breakfast was good.

Not worth the money. I had to clean the bathroom when we got there and remove people before us’ hair. The soap/lotion holder wasn't broken and falling of the wall. The bathtub was gross, and the water was backing up when I went to use it. And a bath mat wasn’t even given. The carpet had stains all over it and there was a musty smell to the room. The pool area had no towels and the hot tub had brown bubbles. And there was a party in the eatery area when we checked in at 3 and when we came back from dinner at 9, it still wasn’t cleaned up with the same balloons and trash sitting on the tables. The gentleman who checked us in was nice and the entrance was the nicest part of the hotel. Other than that, we were ripped off based on the price we paid. We stayed last year and it wasn’t this bad but it definitely has gone down hill. Won’t stay next year

Well , staff was all very nice, the hotel had some issues with their hot water turning off, it happened 2 times in 12 hours, and the rooms that are at the end of the hall ,seem to be by some loud humming , a bit difficult to sleep.

There was ongoing highway roadwork adjacent to the hotel. Gas powered saws running at 9-10pm, other tools through midnight and jackhammering at 330am. Needless to say there was no rest or quiet to be had, thus very little to no sleep. Despite the hotel being lightly occupied, the staff chose to have me occupy a room directly near the work zone instead on the opposite side of the building. When I told them about my stay they suggested that ‘next time’ I request a parking lot side room as if I knew what to expect ahead of time. Not very good customer service.

Property was a great value but once we checked in we learned why. If I was staying for more than the night I would not have raised hell over the conditions of our room! The room was very damp when we arrived. To the point where my clothes felt damp after lying on the bed. When we approached the staff about it they told us to turn on the ac and they would come and change the sheets. When I asked for other accommodations they wanted to charge me for a second room as we were in the only suite that could accommodate our family size.

ALL of the staff is so friendly, always checking in on the guest, and so helpful!!! The room was clean and grounds were very nice!! I would recommend this particular hotel to friends and family because of the staff and how welcoming and comfortable they made us feel!! Thank you!!!

This hotel needs a proper renovation. Room lock was broken. Bathroom lock was broken. Bathroom sink stopper was broken and stuck in there. Elevator wasn’t working.

The room was poor in both the condition and the cleanliness. Had to ask for towels. There were none. There was a used coffee pod near the coffee pot. Main light and an outlet did not work. We put a towel down inside of the shower because it seemed so dirty. The overall smell was disgusting and the AC was very noisy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Looks shiny new at 1st glance but once in room the wear is evident. Our toilet seat was broken. It would slide off to one side if not careful. Bathroom did not appear swept( hair on floor and in tub) Service desk said maintenance was not available. Offered to move us but we had already unpacked and were tired.

First of all it was noisy. If you are to stay there, make sure your room is on the parking lot side. This hotel butts up to an interstate and it is quite noisy at night if your room is on that side of the building. Secondly, I had to go down to the desk several times due to not able to unlock the door. They had to activate our door key several times. That was very frustrating. The desk attendant thought it was the battery in the lock (well send someone up to replace it---NOT) Thirdly, when we asked for places to eat around the area, they gave us a paper with some suggestions on it. Four of the places have been closed for 4 years. Update the list people.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, in the room, the bathtub was quite dirty with brown stains all over the tub floor. Also, the sofa bed sheets were dirty and seemingly used/unchanged. The other two queen beds were fine.

Nothing was unique or special. It would be nice if maintenance knew how to tighten fasteners. The latch plate for the bathroom door was loose so the bathroom door would swing open at the most inconvenient times. The security latch for the entry door had 2 bolts in it (missing a third one) and those two were loose, making the security latch useless.

Easy to get to right off the interstate with gas station & fast food nearby. Right along the highway so the sound might be an issue for lite sleepers. Breakfast was good, normal continental self serve. Only negative was the room needed to be vacuumed.
