We had a great day! Amazing rooms and breakfast. Location is close to everything lots of restaurants around. Great bang for your buck!! Just remember to put the parking paper visible in your car because the police don’t check with the hotel before issuing tickets in the parking lot.

Some towels were stained and the bed comforted. Pull out bed sheets didn’t seem that clean either. Didn’t like the overall smell of the property. Not sure if it’s a spray they use. Enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning. I would encourage they change how they make the eggs. They were awful. So watered down the texture and flavor were gross. Best part was the waffles.

they had a very noisy pressure washer and generator they were cleaning the alley at 4am for over 1hr i complained to The front desk and nothing was done ruined my whole night

We had a room with an accessible bathroom (because we asked for a tub). The lounge area was a bit smaller because of it. Overall the room was nice. Bed was comfy, it wasn't too loud, and we had a good stay. The water pressure was a bit on the low side for the shower, but that's really common in hotels. We'll definitely stay here again!

We were staying at this hotel because it’s across the street from the Visalia convention center and my daughter was competing at the Miss California Pageant for one week at the convention center. Perfect location. The women at the front desk were always so helpful when my room keys kept deactivating because they kept getting put next to my cellphone. They were able to answer all my questions. The women cleaning the rooms were always friendly and accommodating. I felt safe in this hotel, especially since there were odd characters roaming the streets. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast available each morning offered many choices. It was a very good stay.

The only downfall is the elevator is shared by the housekeeping staff and the wait times for the elevator was long. A few times I had to let the hotel staff go and wait for the next elevator which would take about 5-10 mins to get back.

Can't say that I have ever stayed in a hotel so close to a downtown area. This hotel was laid out in an odd manner and the parking was in the garage next door. The room was great, but having to unload our vehicle in the parking garage and haul our stuff to the hotel was not ideal. The upside was that we were in downtown near a lot of restaurants and the movie theater.

Our room is located on the 4th floor. For 2 nights of stay, we can hear people screaming in the street and motorcycles making extreme loud noises. And in the morning around 5-530am, there were construction or service vehicles in the area making loud noise that woke me up. That means the windows are not sound proving enough. I felt bad for the guests in the lower floors.

The hotel was awesome! Staff was great and rooms were impeccable. The only reasons for my rating is the terrible security. Our vehicle was pretty much vandalized (smashed windshield, rear window, and kicked in roof) they tried kicking the windows but they didn’t break them. They didn’t even take anything. So if you go here everything else is fine but expect to have your vehicle smashed in.
