nice big room and breakfast, good price performance ratio

For a very decent price, the room was really nice with a fridge, a comfortable bed and good internet connection and lights. Moreover, the breakfast - so not a gourmet one - was really sufficient. Very good price performance ratio.

- you cannot expect too much for this price, but the design is a little bit 80ies.

Great place, great location, great staff

Everything was great! Breakfast was well taken care of, platters full, and yummy.

The conditioner in the shower was empty.

I would stay here again should we come back.

Big rooms- front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good as was coffee. The attendant was busy making sure everything was ready for guests to eat.

Beds not great- a little on the firm side for our liking.

Solides Business-Hotel

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, jedoch sehr sauber, wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und ein sehr bequemes Bett (das beste während unserer drei Wochen in den USA). Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Sequoia National Park (etwa 40 Minuten bis zum Parkeingang). Frühstück war ok - US-Standard-Hotelfrühstück, aber vergleichsweise guter Kaffee. Man kann in dem neben dem Hotel gelegenen Parkhaus parken, was sehr praktisch ist.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war beim Check-In sehr wortkarg.

A welcome relief after some previous substandard accommodation options

Super friendly and professional reception staff. Nice, spacious unit, with a sleeping area and a lounge area with a sofa and a television in each. Fridge, coffeemaker, iron and ironing board. Comfortable beds of a decent size. Great air-conditioning. Designated parking space. Breakfast on site.

The only thing that would make our stay better would be a pool.

We had a great time in Visalia!

Breakfast was great. The staff and room were awesome and the neighborhood was good for walking/shopping.

I have nothing negative to comment on here.

I wouldn’t stay here again. the street noise is too much

close to main street

it was so loud I had to Call in the middle of the night because of street noise and ask to change room . I wasn’t allowed to get my money back for the 2nd night. They offered me a $15 Starbucks card for the trouble . The drain in the bathroom didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Disappointing - except for Dominique!

The best thing about our stay was the desk clerk, Dominique. She was friendly, more than helpful, and always greeted us with a smile on her face. The other staff were not friendly and rarely greeted us.

1. Work with your staff on the concept of customer service. Except for Dominique, the desk staff treated us like an inconvenient interruption. 2. Get some help for the poor woman who oversees the breakfast room. She has far too much to do and no time in which to do it. Managing the food, cleaning tables, trying to check room numbers - you need a second person to help.
