There is construction going on at the property that was not on the website, once got there and there was no parking because half of the parking lot is taken up by whatever construction they're doing. Cockroaches in the parking lot. Overall, the construction will experience.

Had to find another place to stay, computer system was down and were unable to check in. I don’t know if this was due to construction or what. Very bad experience.

In person cancellation as the area was filled with construction and allergic atmosphere. I’m still waiting on cancellation due to apps and systems being down. Made contact and still no response nor resolve.

The noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Thin walls. Room above very noisy. Kids running up and down hallways and playing in and with the elevator. Unfortunately staff didn’t pay any attention. Hotel under renovation so dirt and dust on hallway carpets. I often stay at Hilton and Hampton’s but never again at this one.

I travel extensively for work and have been in a few bad hotels but this was by far the worst. It was under major construction to the point where the parking lot was barricaded and the building was tarped and scaffolded, including the front entrance. I had no idea if it was open or where to get in so i called them and the front desk said to just use any side entrance because they were all open. Construction debris and trash littered the parking lot and the grass was literally a foot high in the dog walking area, to the point where our little dogs couldn't even walk in it. Inside was also under major construction, including the breakfast area where workers were painting next to the buffet stations. This hotel is hazardous and should not be open during this major renovation, and hotels.com should've informed me that it was under construction and given me a chance to pick a different hotel. I have photis but they're not uploading to this site for whatever reason.

The place was under construction. The sight on-line should have said it. The pool was closed. The place smelled like compound. Even the room smelled like it. For breakfast they had only 1 person doing everything.
