My Family and I were in town for a birthday party we stay 2 night and it was a very nice stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. the room was moderate.

Great location-right by 95!

Elevator was inoperable. Had back surgery last week. Couldn't climb stairs with luggage. Completely unacceptable for a new-built hotel.

Overall the stay was good. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had is when I was told when I was checking in that I could not be given a key to my room and the hotel was fully booked. The room only had one key, which was the master key. I informed them I love my privacy and I don't have time to go looking for a clerk to let me in and out of my room. If the door for the room wasn't functional they should have put the room out of use. The clerk did call her manager and upgraded our room. So everything worked out. But just the thought of telling a guest they can't have a key for a room they paid for was bizarre to me.

My stay here was an overnight stay so overall everything was good but I do have to say, the room that we stayed in, the shower felt like the water was coming out of a fire hose, that thing did beat me up

The room was average looking.the bed was saggy. The bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom.

The room we booked was described (with photo) as having a separate seating area with a couch. We selected this room because we were traveling with two small children. When we arrived late at night to a full hotel, we were disappointed to find a tiny room that barely fit the 2 queen beds, and no couch, no sitting area, nothing but a rolling office chair. The carpet appeared to have had a large amount of soda or juice spilled on it, making it thick with stickiness. When I asked the front desk if they could maybe try to hit it with a steamer while we'd be out the whole next day, she said that would definitely happen. It did not. We ended up having to spread towels on the floor just to walk on. The trash can in front of the main entrance was so full of trash that there was also garbage spread all around it on the ground. The staff did not seem in any way concerned with any guests, and mostly did not look up from their phones whenever I approached the desk. I even tried to contact Expedia, but when they tried to contact the hotel they couldn't even reach anyone. Absolutely not worth the price. Family that stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn expressed much higher levels of satisfaction, and paid less.

I didn't like the check-in process. The clerk said they don't rent rooms to locals. This hotel was in Wilson. I traveled with my youth basketball team from Fayetteville. I understand maybe not renting to intown customers, but this distance was an extremely considerable distance. We ultimately didn't have an issue, but I will remove Marriott from consideration for future travel plans, business or personal.

We arrived at 6:15pm. The counter was empty with a hand written sign saying “be back in 15 min”. We went out and got dinner, came back, and there still was nobody there. Waited around for 5 minutes and someone came out. Then, checking in was quick. Our room looked fairly new. Beds were ok Toilet made trickling noises all night A/C also made noises randomly through the night. Did not sleep well. It’s a room and it’s clean. Skipped breakfast, kids are too picky
