Location is excellent, just by the beach. No parking space. Have to park on street (paid) or nearby parking lots (paid). Not a deal-breaker, but worth knowing. Might be a problem during high season. Room is not so big, okay for one person, or two if you don't have a lot of stuff. It's clean and has good size TV, big fridge. A/C a bit noisy. Has a moisty smell, not very disturbing when the ceiling fan is on. Worst part is the toilet, very difficult to sit if you're over 6ft. No leg space, very uncomfortable. No problem if you're shorter. Worst thing is the internet and thus, TV reception, as it is an internet TV. Overall, it's worth the price. Didn't regret staying here.

It was nice and close to the beach and boardwalk. We had hoped to use their bikes they have available but unfortunately one bike had a flat and was not fixed during our stay. The little courtyards where nice. And staff were very friendly. We found the bathroom to be very small. Where you sit on the toilet it is very cramped. I also noticed a lot of noise at night. A car alarm kept going off all night.

Nice simple place with cobwebs. Right on the boardwalk. Parking is a pain, you have to by a pass from the city then you can park in a garage or on the street. We were unloading our car and Johnny Law came by moaning about us needing to move. Other than that for the price you can not beat it. Check in lady was nice. In room coffee was a plus. Room could use a through dusting. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies. Someone with allergies might have a problem. We will stay there again.

Cute comfortable room with kitchenette. I would love to live their year round if only they had monthly rentals. One bad thing: a dead roach on the floor. Easy to overlook. It was dead.

The maintenance guy was up very early making loud noises and could not sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very small hard to use to toilet. The toilet paper was very thin like sand paper. However, the shower was big. Very close to beach and restaurants.

Always a reliable, cheap stay in Hollywood. Ouside of normal, age related wear on the property, it's always clean, and delivers as advertised.

My Fiancé and I arrived 6hrs before check in only to ask/hope they would let us leave our luggage until check in time. The receptionist check us in right there, early with no cost. From the first impression the service was great. They have sunscreen and tanning oils you can use for free in the lobby. The property is literally a 30second walk away from the beach and boardwalk. Theres tons of food options on the boardwalk. The property is clean and very peaceful.

Great location and great staff. The property is older so there are some cosmetic issues ( cracked wall tiles, broken dresser drawers, gap under outside door) but nothing serious. The hotel is safe, clean and very conveniently located across the road from Margaritaville and steps from Hollywood Beach and promonade. Make sure you check out Le Tub Restaurant on the canal! It was recommended by the hotel staff as one of the best burgers ever, and it did not disappoint!

The location to the beach and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is great. It's a few minutes walk. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was not what I expected. The bathroom was extremely small (~ 4W X 10L). You have to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the wall. A tall person could not use this bathroom. The repair work in the bathroom and throughout the room was not professional. The door on the bathroom did not close tightly. The ceiling fan light didn't work. There were old, rusty items in the room. This issues might have just been the room that I was in, but it was very disappointing.

The resort is very nice and clean. The front desk attendant was very welcoming, and sociable. The lady with the curly hair to be exact i think shes from Nicaragua. VERY NICE lady .OH but the parking is HELL NO WHERE safe to park with the risk of being towed .Thinks that NEEDS to be address.DON'T see WHY a customer should be FORCED to pay for " Parking " AT ANY RESORT at SUCH EXPENSIVE parking fees .ITS NOT DO AT MOST rssort .People shouldn't have to check in at ANY HOTEL / RESORT the be made to pay almost as much as their room accommodations for A PARKING slot .VERY DISTASTEFUL.

Very clean and quaint little apartments . Location is a plus! Right next to Margaritaville and the Hollywood broadwalk. Great front desk service, beds and bathroom were very clean. All appliances like new and kitchen was equipped with all the necessary plates/pots/cups, utensils etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back when we visit Hollywood beach again!

Very clean, close to the beach and restaurants, quite at night but they should buy new bed mattress, our mattress was sagging. We woke up with back pain and for the parking, be ready to pay parking and walk if you don’t find close by. Overall, it was good

There was no one to control the noise of other guest who kept unbearable noise levels going until 3:45am. The management accept no responsibility and have not contacted me since my stay to at least apologise. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
