I booked this hotel for my family soley for the pool. Upon our arrival (we didn’t get there until after 5pm) we were told the pool was was closed until May 2025. Was never told this prior to booking. It was too late for our to attemp to find a new hotel to book. Very disappointing. Rooms smelt bad and the entire hotel was freezing. Uncomfortable pull out couch bed, no vending machines for drinks or snacks

Horrible, horrible, horrible....had a king room booked, got there to check in and was told no kings available. Not even apologtic about it, wouldnt even give us a deal or something to make up for it. Cant even get a refund, no help from hotel or Hotels.com....

The hotel and room was clean. Many maintenance issues.... hot tub jets don't work, as of 10/25/24, no vending machines and.... THE WATER PARK AND HOT TUB ONLY OPEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY.

Absolutely terrible!! Save your money and DO NOT stay here. We had a reservation with a king size bed that was already paid for and the hotel gave our room away and wanted us to accommodate and takeva different room. No apologies, no offering a compensation...NOTHING!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! No idea how this place is even open. There was a line of 20 people waiting to check in. We were towards the front of the line at waited 45 minutes just to be told they didn't have the room we reserved. Take my advice to heart...DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The floors made my kids feet black in a couple minutes. You cant use the balconies but where the handles are suppose to be there was a hole and a wasp got into our room because of this. Pull out couch smelled like poop and the whole hotel had a mildew smell.

There was a mixup at check in. The staff were polite and looked into my reservations. After the reservation was figured out they even upgraded our room to an extremely nice suite! This was one of my favorite hotel stays so far.

My room was so dirty. I let it go, cause whatever. Then I asked for a different room, which I paid extra for, and I got into the “new rooom” with a clogged toilet with poop in it, a full bag of trash in the closet, and BLOOD STAIN on the pillow case…… gets better….. I took the pillow case off, and the blood stain was ON THE PILLOW!!! MEAANINGGGGGG they didn’t clean the damn bed between guests!!! Do not recommend here. Their way of “making things better” was, try another room, get a maid to re clean, or leave. 🙄.

This property is run down as all but one part of the water park was open. This was our reason for staying at this location and it was very disappointing! Our room had no tv and balcony was off limits due to unsafe I guess! Also, three exit doors were blocked, and fire extinguisher cases tampered with! Description of hotel is false advertising! Total let down!

First room we got the patio door was wide open with no screen door attached, glass all over the floor and on patio. Door would not close so I walked to the front desk and was told maintenance was coming to fix it after an hour of waiting I walked back to front desk and the had every excuse so they offered to give me another room so I agreed. Next room we opened the door and it smelled t like they just sprayed bug spray in the room , the sheets we so filthy and the shower had not been cleaned in years the phone didn’t work and this room the window didn’t close all the way. At this point I called around and got a new room somewhere else. The pictures are all false advertising the hotel is terrible and the pools were closed and the hot tub water was nasty. Never again for me

We had issues with our keys unlocking our door, had to have housekeeping open it for us, which she spoke broken English, our bathroom door had a hole in the wall. We would call the front desk, and no one would answer the phone. That happened 3 times, could not find any working ice machines. I would not recommend that place to anyone.

The listing made it appear as though there were Noah's ark tickets including in stay and there was not. The out door pool/lazy river was filled in with cement. Pool closed at 9. Not worth staying off the main strip.

Property is showing it's age. Lobby was bare and vacant when we arrived. No TV and No house phone in one of two rooms I had booked. Not sure why so VERY few were using the pool and pool area.

The room was nice other than the freezer still having food inside. The elevator broke so couldn't be used to get to the floor my room was on. No packages available. Waterpark IRL didn't match their website. Pool did not open til 3 or 4 so could not use before we left.

Outside is pretty dirty, elevators are dirty, rooms are clean though. Super noisy, can hear all neighbors at all hours. WiFi isn’t strong enough to use the Roku tv. It’s pretty outdated.

I had to give the overall a 1 star because they did not have hot water, not even warm water. We would not have stayed if we knew prior. There is no way to contact the hotel because they don’t answer phones and you’re unable to leave a message. When I walked in to ask questions regarding check in and the pool, no one was there working. There was another guest confused as well at the counter and had same issue with not being able to contact hotel. There was a huge part of the outsize swim area shut down and dirty. The restaurant/bar I remember from years ago was also shut down. The hours were confusing for the pool as they said we could start swimming the day of check in only a half hour before we checked in at 4. Someone was getting pulled over /arrested in parking lot outside our hotel room window.

Water in the water park indoor was freezing cold like ice water , we had no internet even though we were suppose to have it but it said the connection was to poor so we couldn’t even watch Netflix, stair well smelled like pee , out door water park was on but not open so it was just a tease for the kids and are room was plain nothing on the walls and the microwave was just sitting on top of the fridge

My room had hair all over, the coffee left for me to make was for a Keurig but the room had a 12 cup coffee pot in it with no filters, cream, or sugar. My sister also rented a room, her room had feces on the bathroom wall along with hair every where. The pool was closed for a private event when we arrived this was extremely upsetting to our children, the morning when the pools did open they only had one out door pool going for about 2 hours, the bigger better looking pool has green water in it and if is roped off. The inner pool is not really much of a pool if you are looking to swim do not come here.

While the property was clean and check in was nice and easy, we were not aware before we booked that the water park here was closed Mon-Wed. The park also doesn't open until 3pm. The outdoor water park is pretty much non existent, most pools are closed off and the water slides are gone. I wish we had known about this before booking but never saw anywhere that this was the case. When we did get to go the indoor pools were very clean and the kids had a lot of fun. The resort is super close to everything in the dells. We would stay again, but hope they can reopen the water park.
