Horrible, horrible, horrible....had a king room booked, got there to check in and was told no kings available. Not even apologtic about it, wouldnt even give us a deal or something to make up for it. Cant even get a refund, no help from hotel or Hotels.com....

The hotel and room was clean. Many maintenance issues.... hot tub jets don't work, as of 10/25/24, no vending machines and.... THE WATER PARK AND HOT TUB ONLY OPEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY.

Absolutely terrible!! Save your money and DO NOT stay here. We had a reservation with a king size bed that was already paid for and the hotel gave our room away and wanted us to accommodate and takeva different room. No apologies, no offering a compensation...NOTHING!! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! No idea how this place is even open. There was a line of 20 people waiting to check in. We were towards the front of the line at waited 45 minutes just to be told they didn't have the room we reserved. Take my advice to heart...DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The bed was super comfortable. Thwy are doing construction right now and the patio was not accessible, but they did offer an extremely low rate to compensate.

The floors made my kids feet black in a couple minutes. You cant use the balconies but where the handles are suppose to be there was a hole and a wasp got into our room because of this. Pull out couch smelled like poop and the whole hotel had a mildew smell.

Where do we start with something like this it is exactly as you would expect an average hotel experience everything is beat to s*** and everything is also used it doesn't exactly make anything look fantastic and it is exactly what you would expect if you paid the amount of money that we did.

First room we got the patio door was wide open with no screen door attached, glass all over the floor and on patio. Door would not close so I walked to the front desk and was told maintenance was coming to fix it after an hour of waiting I walked back to front desk and the had every excuse so they offered to give me another room so I agreed. Next room we opened the door and it smelled t like they just sprayed bug spray in the room , the sheets we so filthy and the shower had not been cleaned in years the phone didn’t work and this room the window didn’t close all the way. At this point I called around and got a new room somewhere else. The pictures are all false advertising the hotel is terrible and the pools were closed and the hot tub water was nasty. Never again for me

The room was nice other than the freezer still having food inside. The elevator broke so couldn't be used to get to the floor my room was on. No packages available. Waterpark IRL didn't match their website. Pool did not open til 3 or 4 so could not use before we left.

I had to give the overall a 1 star because they did not have hot water, not even warm water. We would not have stayed if we knew prior. There is no way to contact the hotel because they don’t answer phones and you’re unable to leave a message. When I walked in to ask questions regarding check in and the pool, no one was there working. There was another guest confused as well at the counter and had same issue with not being able to contact hotel. There was a huge part of the outsize swim area shut down and dirty. The restaurant/bar I remember from years ago was also shut down. The hours were confusing for the pool as they said we could start swimming the day of check in only a half hour before we checked in at 4. Someone was getting pulled over /arrested in parking lot outside our hotel room window.

Water in the water park indoor was freezing cold like ice water , we had no internet even though we were suppose to have it but it said the connection was to poor so we couldn’t even watch Netflix, stair well smelled like pee , out door water park was on but not open so it was just a tease for the kids and are room was plain nothing on the walls and the microwave was just sitting on top of the fridge

Balcony was unusable. They had the outdoor waterpark closed for the 2nd year in a row and the undoor portion was closed all but a few hours during our stay. This information was not available when booking the room. We had stayed there a few years before and though the hotel is older and not in prestine condition, it was comfortable and the waterparks made it all worth it. So very disappointed with the last stays over the past 2 years.

The hotel was very run down, no game room, restaurant is shut down, only 1 pool is operational, 3 are filled in and lazy river is not running filled with brown water. Broken patio chairs, everything is run down, broken and very dirty. Do not book this hotel!

Hotel kind of reminded me of the shinning, had No wifi, or signal on our phones, tried watching the TV, remote didnt work stuck on cartoon network and only played 30 sec, and froze for hours. When we walked into the elevator smelling like weed, couldn't go in certain parts of the pool bc it was closed had to a different hotel for the pool Monday to Wednesday not good bc my daughter doesn't like going to the pool and her brothers do so cant leave her in the room while the boys are at another hotel to swim, room key disabled twice. Kids had to wait outside the room hall way for about 20 minutes to reactivate room key bc only one person at front desk and was on the phone with someone trying to book a room.

It was a terrible experience. Rooms smelled when we walked in. One of the rooms the deadbolt was broken and almost falling off. We had to walk all the way down to the front desk which was on the furthest end of the place. She did call someone but it was a real chore for her to even do that. The toilet in the room didn’t really flush decently either but we made do until the morning when it stopped completely. There were no phones in any of the rooms to even call and complain. The top sheets for the bed were made on top of the comforter instead of the comforter on top. We got very little sleep as there were people above us stomping around all night, doors slamming constantly and when we finally fell asleep we were woken a little later by the noise again. And when we complained to the front desk in the morning while checking out all they did was say they were sorry. Many other guests were down complaining as well too. It was the worst experience we have ever had and definitely will not be staying there again.

There was remodeling going on but nowhere did it say that prior to booking. I didnt find out until i was checking in. And they still charged a resort fee when half the swimming areas werent even. And our balcony had a sticker on it saying do not use or you will be charged $100

Hotel was under construction but it was clean and comfortable. Indoor waterpark was not open during our stay but I was given passes to go to another hotel for amenities but I didnt use them. Definitely would stay again.

There are some updated rooms and some really old rooms. We experienced both. Our first room smelled terribly of smoke and had a missing wall plate over an outlet, which was a huge safety hazard to our one year old. The AC unit was falling apart as well. The second toom we got was better, and housekeeping did a good job with making the obvious things clean, but my kids' feet were black after running around in the room for an hour. They have really let the exterior go; there was only one outdoor pool open, many of the balconies were closed off from use, and they are not taking care of the landscaping. They have filled in the outdoor kiddie pool, not outdoor lazy river, and the only outdoor pool open is less than 4 feet deep. Staff was friendly. They allowed me to switch rooms after I asked for an upgrade. This could be specific to when we were there, but there was a constant stream of marijuana odor throughout our stay. We were hoping for a place that was not too packed and had areas good for little ones, which this was, so we were pleased with that. Be aware that the pool hours are not very good, though. The only day that the pool is open before 4pm is Saturday.

The whole thing is a fraud. The pics on website is staged to make you think riom is spacious and irs not. Hotel is run down on outside bed was broke. I actual hurt my leg tryong to get out of it. Bathroom tiny. The kids loved the pool space. Only 1 elevator so if your room not right off elevator youre walking far to your room 347 to 300 doesent look remodeled the pavement has lits of holes so car bumpy driving in lot. Had to use dumpster across the street because don't have one on premises. The ad is all propaganda 🙄 😒 i paid over 200.00 and i was so disappointed i got up very early in the morning and left

This property needs a lot of help. BE AWARE if you book through this or any 3rd party the property manager is impotent to help you. You must go through same 3rd party. I am awaiting a response but it has been 3 days!

We stayed before and nothing was like it used to be. There was a arcade more pools and more activities for families to do. Just was not what was expected pools were are filled in outside but 1 there was another indoor pool that was all closed up. Just not what was expected for the price it cost to stay for 3 nights.

Awful wifi, didn’t work at all, pull out couch mattress was so awful sleeping on the couch was a better option, my confirmation email said the water park was open Wednesday-Sunday but it wasn’t open until Thursday at 3:30, well after checkout

Everything was really good and clean. There was some towels that had stains but other than that good hotel to stay. Definitely recommend!
