While we didn't stay long (really just an overnight stop), we found the people friendly and the property was safe. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the entry door (Google maps sent us to the back side). Our room was clean and check-in was easy.

Particularly the restaurant was excellent. But the staff were exceptionally good. Highly recommended. I stayed 3 days. I was upgraded to a room with air conditioning, not all rooms are available with ac, please check.

Positive: Friendly staff and good location, just off the motorway. large free car park. large supermarket and petrol station short walk away Negative: Room very hot, even in late Oct! The radiators were off but maybe because I had a top floor room, I was very hot and had to open the windows as no aircon. Rooms clean but dated. Bathroom small for size of room

Nice area very close to regensburg but away from the city noise and traffic. Pillows are a bit too soft but fitness area and sauna area very nice. Great breakfast buffet as well.

Excellent pitstop hotel on our way. We arrived at night outside check-in time without any trouble. We even got upgraded and the room was spacy and clean. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

I can't complain anything. Service was excellent, room and toilet very clean, breakfast very good. Close to hotel large parking space. Very peaceful neighborhood. Close to motorway junction.

We only stayed one night when passing through en route to UK, but the hotel was very comfortable and well placed for the motorway. Great food and drink in the bar/restaurant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even lending me a jug to top up my car washer fluid with water the next morning. Overall a very pleasant experience, and we would willingly stay there again if back in the area. Strongly recommended!

It's been the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel and many more to come. We pause our long journey for a night. The hotel is in a quiet little town only a few minutes drive from the A3 motorway, very easy to find. A nice, clean hotel, with comfortable rooms, friendly, professional staff.

No AC and website didn't aware of it !! We had to change hotel, couldn't stay without AC systems at that hot weather ! Very bad

I only stayed in the Forsters Posthotel 1 night, but this was enough to leave a very good impression. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and welcoming, and the Bavarian Restaurant was excellent. If your driving in there than it's very easy to get to, without having to drive through Regensburg, and the hotel has it's own parking area with plenty of spaces. I don't have any short term plans to return to this area, but if that changes then I'd definitely be checking availability at this hotel.

Cycle touring and it had been hot. The room was so good that we stayed another night. A very surprising experience because the photos suggested the room was a bit old and tired. It really wasn't. We were more then happy.

We ordered 1 double and 2 single beds with late checkin. We arrived around 20.00. The room was only with bed for two. 2 single beds were not ready. Reception desk" So there is no tour beds in tour room"? Agter getting 2 "hostel" single beds, we could enjoy 4 star room. Towels for our youngsters were also missing.

Very good hotel & location. Unfortunately I got one of the few rooms below the street level, but in general everything is good. Price reasonable. Excellent restaurant.

All the staff are professional and helpful. I requested Chang the room after the first night and they immediately responded and gave me a special one with larger window. The breakfast were rich and include whatever you like including fresh fruits and cereals ... etc. I used a rented car to go to the old town and to the thee parts of the city. if you enjoy the nature it's the finest place to stay in Regensburg area.

stayed as an overnight on a drive from calais to Split. confortable room, good food (if a little expensive) and very helpful and friendly staff. would have liked to have had a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower as travelling with children but otherwise very good value for money

The hotel was easy to locate and had ample free parking. On arrival the reception staff were welcoming and check-in was smooth. Our room was large, if a little old fashioned, however our bathroom was tiny and had lots of resident spiders. Breakfast was plentiful and served in a spacious clean dining room. On our first night we also ate in the restaurant and were pleased with this food too. Unfortunately the 'fancy' restaurant wasn't open during our stay. The hotel stated that it had a gym, which it did but it was under renovation while we were there, which was a shame. Overall I think it's somewhere we'd stay again.

The hotel is clearly under construction when we checked in. Our window was block by plastic and some workers were still working outside of our window even though we were on the 3rd floor. I think it will be better they don't rent out those rooms that are still under remodeled. The lobby and the outdoor eating area has strong dog urine smell. But overall we like it because the room was very nice and quiet and the staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was super. Though you must have a car or the location is really far from Regensburg. And the town is kind of sleepy. We found only 2 restaurants in town.
