We stayed in a Jr suite with 2 dogs. The hotel was very clean, the room was in great shape even for a pet friendly room. There was no odor at all. We enjoyed the hot tub at the hotel and liked staying during off season.

It’s a great location on the main drag. The hotel is going under renovations, but our room floor was tired and yet to be renovated . The staff were very helpful.

Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Did not use the pool but looked very nice. Elevator very slow. We stayed an extra night to do some hikes. Only negative for us was that as seniors too many stairs to the lobby, not H/C accessible as the garage was closed (where the elevator could be accessed for guests)

Room is big, spacious and fairly new. Stay was relaxing and comfortable. Just that sound insulation can be better. Could be noisy during the busy season.

The room is very clean, we have 3 people and all of us enjoyed the big room and lake view. Location is great, just 1-2 minutes away from the lake, public spring pool and restaurants.

Very enjoyable stay. Room and staff were excellent. Wi-fi was quite slow to the point that the tv was not loading but it sufficient for our phones. We will be back for sure.

Staff was so helpful and accommodating when i lost my passport. We really enjoyed our time here, wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms are super clean and comfy. The view was amazing, we even had a balcony.

Hotel itself needs updates. We did not get one of the newer rooms, the beds were uncomfortable and the room itself needed some upgrades. Otherwise the view was amazing the room was large and spacious.

Nicely renovated rooms, good amenities. Central location, can walk everywhere, beach across the street. Staff is not friendly or helpful. I don’t think 1 staff member even said hello to us (even at check in) they just stare until you say something, it was really odd.

Paid for a lake view and all we can see is trees. I didnt pay $400/night to have the same view as at home. As a sorry they just offered chocolate. Maybe if someone refunds me the extra $100 for lake view Ill remove this review.

Very conveniently located, minutes away from all the necessities for our family of 4. Staff were nice, welcoming & accommodating. We were a bit disappointed to not be staying in a newly renovated room, but we had a lovely time none. Would return for sure.

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. The location of this property was dynamite. Literally across the street from the beach. Walking distance to everything including restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. Overall a great property.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this property, at a cost of $300 per night, NO housekeeping, carpets dirty, hallway carpets filthy and dingy, shower curtains too short so floods bathroom floor and no towels to clean the water.

Front desk staff was amazing! Loved the bright open feel of the room! It felt so crisp and clean! So much better than a typical dark hotel room where you wonder what they are hiding. Loved our stay here!

The room was really nice and newly renovated. Bathroom had everything we needed. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and glasses , a corkscrew would have made it perfect:). Beds were super comfy, AC was quiet , I only wish the windows opened a little and there was no screen on the sliding glass door.. Everything at the hotel was great! Did not like paying for parking though as a guest it should be free in my opinion. 10$ a night , that's really the only negative.

They ask me at the check in 160.00 dollar as a deposit, even they never ask me for that before i done the reservacion, ant ad the check out they ask me to pay 11 dollar for vehicle parking, eventought they said at the beginning it was included, the worth experiece i have in my life.

on the web site the building and the picture of the room shows a balcony, there was none. The underground parking that connected to the elevator, for handicaped, was closed. The only access to the building was a long and step ramp. My partner was completly worn out when we reached our room, only to find that there was no balcony, so we could not sit and enjoiy the lake that we paid for. And then to add to insult they charged $10.00 a day for outside parking. We will tell everyone possible that this is not a friendly hotel.

No complaints about the room, however I received an email and text message from the hotel offering me a discounted price to stay an extra night. When I enquired about this at the front desk, the staff had no idea how to or even knowledge about such an offer. They left a note for the manager to contact me, which never happened. As this was a time sensitive offer I was never able to accept it. This was a bit disappointing.
