Close to where we needed to be

We accidentally left an item in the bathroom. It has been very difficult to reach this hotel front desk. No answer after many attempts.FINALLY reached the event/convention person. Gave me the number of housekeeping but nobody ever returned my call. I would never recommend this property

Very clean and quiet.

Great comfort of bedding. Mold on shower curtain was a bit of a turn-off though.

The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful getting us into the room we had selected and paid for after learning that Expedia never submitted a request for us for the Whirlpool Suite.

Very friendly staff. Someone charged my room for something we didn’t order. The lady at the front desk reversed the charge without making a big deal about.

Nice staff and welcoming environment. Easy check in and quiet hotel.

Very nice, spacious and comfortable, quiet room. Very convenient to Hwy 10 and I-39. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great stay

Mold all over the shower, when spending almost $200 a night for a room, I expect a clean room for that price not something I would get at an econolodge

Clean rooms, quiet and easy parking

The customer service was excellent! The gentleman who we interacted with the whole time, was extremely nice and personable! The only reason I gave this hotel 4stars instead of 5, was that we were under the impression that the hotel had a hot tub in the pool area (which a lot of times dictates where we stay). Sounds very small- but we don’t get the chance to relax often, we are contractors, so a hot tub is always 1st on our list. Also- we felt that there should have been a cut-off time where it’s “adults only” In the pool area. Again- very minor, just a suggestion. It’s hard to just chill when there are a ton of kids(rightfully so having fun), and no adult telling them to calm it down a bit. Hotel room was clean- just minor things like dust and non-working remotes. We enjoyed it, and would suggest it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The price of the products in your little store by the lobby is are too high. Bottled water should not be $6 a bottle.

Nice hotel with a nice pool area, basic workout room and a decent restaurant.

Changed room without notification. Got upset with room they gave us, as no room for pack n play for our little one, went up again, complained and they moved us to another room, but still not with king bed. Gave us breakfast coupons we were unable to use due to the time we had to departure.

Great place to stay.
