Heel mooi gebouw mooi uitzicht

Moeilijk te bereiken weg was slecht erheen Veel trappen Je moet echt goed opletten anders lig je op de vloer Bar viel tegen enige klant moeite om bediening te vinden steeds weg Restaurant viel tegen eten was lauw biefstuk goed gebakken maar koud en verluchting erg vel types Spaans geen sfeer in Ontbijt viel ons tegen

Wunderschönes neu renovierte Burg aber nur für ein Mal.

die Lage war Sensationell!!

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe und das Zimmer war staubig. Die Dame im Rest war sehr nett aber Bauchfrei am Abend das Essen servieren gehört sich nicht!

Wonderful boutique hotel, surrounded by nature

Amazing luxury boutique hotel, excellent facilities and one of the best restaurants on site I've ever eaten. Super friendly staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, best service, loved it. Thank you so much! Nice hiking areas and nature surrounding the hotel, perfect for walking with your dog. It's an easy 1hr walk from hotel to Dali Theatre Museum in the centre of Figueres.

beautiful location, stunning rooms and really nicely decorated. it had a really delicious breakfast also. we brought our little dog and they even put a bed in the room for her. we will be back for sure

We appreciated the pretty grounds, seclusion, pool, and very spacious room.

The grounds and the hotel were lovely. Very picturesque and well kept. The pool was nice too.

The indicator to clean our room seems to have been broken. We managed to communicate with housekeeping in person, so it wasn't an issue too much; however, the cleaning service was very spotty. The bed would get made, and towels changed, but then all dirty glasses and coffee mugs would be left. It was very half-done. At least twice this happened, and housekeeping even left their paperwork in our room one day.

DEFINITELY GOING BACK

Everything! The building is beautiful old place which has been renovated in really high taste and beautiful architecture and design. The staff are very nice, friendly and professional. Everything was perfect functioning and the room was extremely comfortable. Very nice pool (smaller than I thought but very nice with very nice views). very good breakfast. The restaurant in the evening was nice.

Nothing. But I would love next time the restaurant serving more local dishes and little higher standards of the food. the meals were nothing wrong with but I wished for a such wonderful place in such a gastronomic area to serve higher quality dishes. It was not easy to reach the hotel first time so better description on the website or better signs on the road would help a lot.

More attention to detail is needed with customer requests from restaurant kitchen. (e.g. wheat free, sauce on the side, exclude particular vegetables etc.)

Access road long gravel and lots of pot holes Staff only available up to a certain time Bar was shut all the time we stayed And not able to get a drink after 9 pm or in the middle of the day when staff go for lunch from 1-4 Food very limited menu and set price for three courses 30 euro
