Overall okay. Rooms were clean, but not exceptionally so. Staff was okay. Exterior is set up like Disney style motels but rooms are a little more upscale than budget. Some alarm kept going off in the morning.

My stay was wonderful I can't wait to go back I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends the staff was very friendly and helpful the room are comfortable clean and once again the staff made me feel appreciated and it's a nice quiet area to stay in thanks again to the security at the gate the room service crew hose keeping and of course the front desk love you guys

They always charge you extra hidden fees after you finish and you leave. The next day they charge you more. Supposedly they should only charge you 30 for cleaning. That's the trick. They force you to pay 30 at the hotel with them and then they keep 100 from your card. The next day they charged me 70. I don't know what 30 should be for. They are thieves. Be careful, family.

Not as expected. The room/suite was nice and comfortable, but not much better than other hotels with the same type of room especially when they charge $30 for cleaning fee. The food at the restaurant was average and the promotion of $20 credit food and beverage per room per day is not true. They give $20 per stay regardless the number of days.

We arrived early at 1pm and even though we understand room was not ready due to our early arrival, we were told to come back at 4 for checkin. When we came back , room was not ready and had to wait in recepction for more than 45 minutes. We requested sofa bed and it was not made, we had to order linen and after 2 hours it arrived, we had to make bed and sleep on the floor since sofa bed was damaged. We stayed for a whole week and rooms were not cleaned any day.

they gave me room that I didnt reserve and when I asked for the manager everyday since the 22nd of July and he was never inside. Worse resort ever.. the elevator was not working, dishwasher was not working, faucet spilled over, bathtub was still dirty, insects around the bed. At this time, I wouldn’t recommend this resort to someone.

Check in time was 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:15 and waited in the lobby until 5:40 before a room was ready. When we got to the assigned room it had to been cleaned. Beds were unmade, towels on floor, trash cans overflowing. I returned to front desk and waited for the next room. Ten minutes later, now almost two hours after check in, I had key number 2. When we got to room #2, it had been cleaned but there was a wet towel on floor in front of refrigerator and parts of refrigerator on kitchen counter. My family and I were in the room and I was in process of calling front desk to inform them that this room appeared unready, too. At this time a maintenance man unlocked the door and came into the room not expecting us to be there. He did not speak English so we could not communicate with him effectively. I again returned to the front desk and they called the maintenance man on a hand held radio and asked him to put the refrigerator back together quickly. He did, though we were asked not to use the freezer, which we did not need. Bottom line, the staff didn’t have a clue what was going on between the cleaning crew, the maintenance crew and the front desk. Easily one of the more disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had at a hotel. And sadly, while waiting for a room, we were at least 5th in line as there were others who arrived ahead of us who were also waiting. Poorly managed, though it is a nice property.

The patio had a huge frog which they can't help. My first room had NO hot water, but they were willing to provide another room. The parking fee was only $17 which I think is crazy since there is no where else to park. The room was nice, bathrooms didn't appear to be super clean but I managed.

We booked an accessible room as we prefer a walk in shower. Imagine our surprise when we called the front desk asking for the ice machine location and were told there were none. We were told that because we requested an accessible room, there isn't an ice maker in the refrigerator. Apparently:regular: rooms have ice maker in the refrigerator. I don't understand the correlation between in frig ice maker and an accessible room. We had to wait almost an hour for the bellman to bring a bag of ice from the restaurant. This was not the way we wanted to start our stay. I would appreciate to know why accessible rooms aren't equipped with oce machines.

I spoke with the front desk rep. within 20 minutes of me checking in . I informed him that our floor had stains and foot marks all over them and the kitchen counters were sticky. The front desk associate ensured me that someone will come the following day. I waited the next day and no one showed up at all. I usually book the Providence once a year, and I never encounter actions like this for .

Here's a review for the Provident Hotel Doral based on I recently stayed at the Provident Hotel Doral and was very disappointed with my experience. The hotel was dirty and had a musty smell that persisted throughout my stay. This significantly impacted my comfort and enjoyment. Additionally, I encountered several inconvenient fees that were not clearly communicated at the time of booking. These unexpected charges added to my frustration and made the stay feel overpriced for the quality received. Overall, I would not recommend the Provident Hotel Doral due to the cleanliness issues, unpleasant odor, and surprise fees. There are better options in the area that provide a more pleasant and straightforward experience.

Property was beautiful place to stay , spacious room, I loved it. Poor services.I requested housekeeping to change the towels and blankets and take care of trash but no body never showed up.Therefore I only give 3 start. I hope they make improvements to resolve this metter…
