Did not provide rooms as booked! Paid for river view but got city view and refused to refund the difference! Rooms were not clean and mold in shower! Would not stay there again 😞

Booked 1 night to celebrate our (1 day apart) birthdays. Check in was simple. My only issue is that the check in desk is inconveniently located on the otherside of the building from the parking and you have to trudge through the casino, bags and all. We then had to trudge back through the casino to get to our tower. The room had a river view was clean and very comfy. Dinner at Nero's. We were given a seat at the window overlooking the river. Meal was lovely. Our server Deborah was great. A little romp around the casino finished the stay. Would do it again, in a heart beat!

Hotel was great overall. The only complain is that the a/c unit was not actually cooling the room to the temperature it was set to. So it was a lot hotter than it showed.

First time staying at a Caesar’s hotel, plus attending a concert at their auditorium in Windsor. We will definitely return.

Place was fine. I wish I had a better view other than the side of a parking garage or air handler unit. Table game staff were very friendly and helpful with the games. Overall I would definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

For the price, it's really nothing special. $500 per night, with the resort fee and valet. Dirty glasses all over the hallways, elevator and elsewhere. Service was great at the front desk, restaurants and bars.

I have never slept on more comfortable hotel bed and pillow ever before. Saw Michael Bublé at the Colosseum and it was excellent. Only holds 5000. So very intimate setting. Hotel was spotless.

I would have given it a 5 star but when we arrived 10 minutes before 3:00 we were told there would be an “early check-in” charge. All that did was create a large line of people waiting to check-in at 3:00. You would think they’d want people checking in quickly & off spending money on the property? Otherwise everything was awesome. Great place to see a show, lots of dinner options, the bar had live music later on, free parking & obviously the casino. You don’t even need to leave the building to have a really fun night. I’d book it again for another concert or show but it didn’t start out that way.

The rooms were very nice and reception did a nice job. But, there is a big shortage of restaurants. We couldn’t get dinner before or after our concert. Big disappointment. And NO room service either.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We were there for two nights, never saw or heard a guest in the hallways, we found it very quiet which was great for sleep. The bathrooms were very clean, the only issue was the shower pressure but I consider that minor in the overall great stay we had. It would be nice for a 24 hour food service outside of Tim Hortons, we came in late from an event and there were no options

I always stay at the casino when I’m In Windsor. I won’t stay again primarily due to behaviour of Brian the assistant manager. When is said I was very disappointed that the non smoking room I stayed in smelled like an ashtray he insisted that I pay his resort fee. He decided it was better to argue about it and say” the customer is not always right, that’s an OLD thing”. I reminded him the customer is always right because he won’t my $500 next year. Great job Brian, all you had to do is apologize for the disgusting state of your room. By the way the lady behind me in line mentioned she experienced the same problem. Maybe you’re upset because you work for an organization that has a problem and doesn’t deal with it. Whomever taught you the customer is not always right should be fired along with you.

Hotel was OK. Poor room allocation. Roof view city side. Most importantly, room was not made up while we stayed 2 nights. We understand that sheets and towels do not need to be changed daily. Making the bed and turn down should be, especially when paying that king of money. Close to 600$ for 2 nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ceasars Windsor. We utilized the whirlpool/pool, spa amenities, 2 restaurants and gift shop. The overall stay was wonderful, bed was comfy, room was dark and quiet for a good nights sleep. The room was very clean. I appreciated the in shower toiletries. Parking was a little annoying and confusing as hotel guests, but we made it work and by checkout we figured it out and it was a breeze. We stayed in the Augustus tower as to have a non-smoking room. It was quite a distance from the pool and restaurants but again, not a dealbreaker. We made it work and got steps in. We ate at Legends Sportsbook, it was just ok, service was good until server went on break then forgot about us, but we weren't in a hurry. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. After a dip in the pool, we went to Johnny Rockets for milkshakes and late night tots. Both hit the spot. The gift shop was outrageous in price and I would've like to seen more toiletry options instead of clothing etc. My benadryl (Reactine) package with 3 pills was $15, outeageous even for hotel shop, especially if you had an immediate need like I did. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend and will be back.

Nice property but very poor signage to get you to the check in area. The area is under construction, but gps takes you to the motorcoach dropboff which is locked, then have to walk around the outside of the building to get in, then try and find your way.

the staff were really friendly and the facility is well maintained...what we didn't like was paying full price for a room missing 1/2 the furniture....no couch, no coffee table, just the bed and a chair....not very comfortable for a couple in the room with nowhere to sit together.

In the middle of the night, we lost power on the wall that power the alarm clock, phone, lights and the plugs for our cell phones. It was fortunate that we used a power bar with a surge suppressor because the surge suppressor took the hit and protected our cell phone. The surge suppressor is no longer functional. Staff did were not concerned or sympathetic to the event. Disappointing.

False advertising regarding the pool hours. We were told pool is open until 10 pm and a security guard named McDonald was turning people away when arriving for a quick dip by 9:40 and 9:45. They were making a show out of bringing security into pool area and telling people to get out of pool at 9:50 This was extremely inappropriate given we were told we could swim until 10 pm by front desk staff and the cost of the facility and resort fee are expensive. Very disappointing and we will likely not return.
