This hotel was right in old town with easy parking. The room was very nicely decorated, large and very quiet, and walkable to every thing. There is a lot to do in Erfurt and we ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Really easy to find. Check in was very smooth. Parking garage is a tight squeeze, but very manageable for a experienced driver. Room was very clean and tidy. Checkout was just as smooth.

The location is a real plus, the breakfast buffet is good and has a wide range of choices. However the basic room has no air condition which made getting a good sleep during the recent heatwave impossible. There is also no minibar or mini fridge in the room to have a cold drink. You can upgrade to a room wit A/C and rent a mini fridge at additional cost however the price for a night in a basic room was already upper range for a hotel of this category. We're not talking about the 4 seasons or the plaza...you get better sleep quality and better rooms for less if you stay at the Radison or the Mercure. Parking garage is cramped and finding a spot can be a challenge but they made the best with the space they have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and staff, very polite and always there to help, rooms are clean, warm and cozy, very good bedding facilities. I just had a great overnight sleep and buffet breakfast in the morning was just amazing, even during Covid-19 time (together with all safety measures in place). Safe underground parking and good internet connection. All the best and thank you!

Not possible to get a breakfast slot after 07:30 even our check in were before 16:00 the day before. A fair compensation should be a voucher to similar meal in a restaurant. Received free parking (value EUR 16) but had to spend EUR 30 for breakfast elsewhere

Quiet, very clean, quirky layout. Excellent breakfast but the dining area was a bit crowded. Breakfast staff very very engaging and helpful. The Reception staff were polite and helpful but rather formal. Hotel location is excellent being near sites of interest, trams/buses and the hauptbahnhof.

On our most recent trip we stayed in 4 different hotels in Germany and this was by far our favorite. The hotel offers spacious rooms, ours had a separate room for kids, a couch and ample storage space. The underground parking was convenient. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of good food, sites, and shopping. They also provided the best breakfast we had on our trip. The rooms appear to have been updated recently and we were very pleased.

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are updated and clean and the location is wonderful! It is about a 12 minute walk to the train station and a two minute walk to the Kraemerbruecke. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing we would have wanted is a mini refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, this hotel is excellent.

The hotel is very comfortable, new, clean, the breakfast is great, and the location in the heart of Erfurt Old Town is unbeatable. Family-friendly with great attention to kids. Nearly every Comfort room has A/C, but a small number dont - if having A/C is crucial, alert the hotel ahead of time and/or check in early, especially on weekends (Fri/Sat). Have stayed here before and would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the historic part of town and is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the great German buffet breakfast. The only thing that was a bit negative was the small room on the top floor with its slanted walls. We had to be careful not to bang our heads on the walls. We were also unlucky in that our room had 2 twin beds rather than a full size or queen size bed. These twin beds were very narrow, like a baby crib. We would go back again, but request a bigger room with a bigger bed.

Great location. Bed very stripped down and European but I was exhausted each night so it didn't matter. Americans, your breakfast is calculated on the number of guests you claim at reservations, so I know this doesn't matter in the US but put in one if you are solo.
