Well located with easy access to the train station and a short walk into the old town. Decor seemed a bit dated, but the hotel was clean and pleasant. Good breakfast. Only downside was the noise from the main road, although this was fine as long as the windows were closed.

Great hotel. I'd stay here again. It is super close to the main train station. The hotel offers limited parking and you can't reserve it so if you drive, just plan on parking in the train station parking lot. It is a block away and 12 Euro per night. My only negative comment on the hotel is the parking.

Close to the train station which was very convenient. We could walk to everywhere and felt completely safe. Fastest check in I have ever experienced. Very good breakfast with lovely personal service even though it was part of the room charge. Offering coffee refills for example, and there were table settings at every chair despite the buffet style food. Felt more like a restaurant than some hotel breakfasts.

Much of Europe is going through a heat wave this summer, and I was very pleased to get upgraded to a room in a newer annex Called the Thomas house. Very clean and comfortable with cold air conditioning. Close to Main train station and shopping options.

The Best Western in Erfurt was absolutely wonderful. It had all the comforts of any modern American hotel. Breakfast was great. It was located in a very central area and you could walk to everything. The staff was wonderful. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning, but we had record high temperatures while we were there.

This hotel is very comfortable. The room is very wide and clean and comfortable. And also, the furniture and the bed is also clean and comfortable. So, I could relax so much, like home. It caused the amazing trip in Erfurt and near Erfurt. But, there is only one concern. Unfortunately, there is not air conditioner in the room. So, in the mid of Summer, maybe, you feel little bit hot. However, I'm going to use this Hotel again in the future, because I have many wonderful experience in this time and in the past, also !
