Atendimento do recepcionista Marlon! Muito eficiente, prestativo e agilizado. Quarto limpo e cama sensacional!

A pressão do chuveiro no 13° andar estava muito fraca. A oferta do buffet do café da manhã estava ótima, porém o hotel estava com uma alta ocupação. Ficou difícil de se servir de café. A máquina é bem boa, porém demorada. E a reposição dos itens do buffet ficou prejudicada. O blackout das cortinas é muito fino. A luminosidade no quarto pela manhã é muito grande

Boa localização e atendimento. Acabei esquecendo um item no hotel e os mesmos se predisporão a enviar de volta pra mim, fiquei muito satisfeita.

Cama e banho. O bar do hotel tem drinks maravilhosos!

Ar condicionado precisa de manutenção pois tinha um pouco de cheiro. O café da manhã foi razoável. Pouco espaço interno, mas quinas de café constantemente com problema.

Excelente, voltaremos novamente.

Café da manhã delicioso, atendimento de todos de toda a equipe excelente, demonstraram interesse em nos ajudar e foram muito simpáticos. Camas muito confortáveis.

Não que não gostei, somente senti falta de uma toca para tomar banho. Smepre levo junto em viagem mas dessa vez esqueci e alguns hoteis oferecem, somente para informação.

Hotel excelente. Gostamos demais, superou nossas expectativas. Limpeza impecável, quarto muito silencioso, cama king, café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo!

Overall, it was a great stay with good facilities and a good breakfast

The room had a little mold smell . The windows had no blackout curtains, so sleeping late was not an option

Excellent relationship between staff and guests. Fruits in breakfast

There aren't options in breakfast. There isn't possible a coffee every time of day (very important). Staff (Counter) relationship with people a lot down.

Excellent hotel. The best part was definitely the bar, amazing cocktails made by the bartender Rodrigo. Very good stay in general.

the location is very great and calm . the stuff we're very friendly

the only thing i didn't like it was the single bed mattress . the master bed mattress it was okay.
