Ótimo localização, limpeza e conforto.

A recepcionista disse que não poderia parcelar o valor da estadia, porque foi reservado pelo Booking. Isso demonstra que a parceria não é verdadeira, já que só tomei conhecimento do hotel devido a essa plataforma.

Ficamos num quarto para deficientes físicos. Gostei bastante, espaçoso, confortável e silencioso.

Do café da manhã. Pouca variedade, o mesmo café se repete por vários dias, além de muitos bolinhos e paezinhos ruins.

Estadia boa, pós-venda péssima.

Ótima localização. Quartos e banheiros amplos. Cama razoável e bom atendimento de check in. Não tenho o que reclamar da estadia em si, apesar do combinado durante a hospedagem ter sido ignorado no pós-venda.

Tanto no aplicativo Booking quanto na chegada e na saída do Hotel, deixei claro que se tratava de viagem de negócios e precisava do CNPJ da empresa na nota fiscal para que a despesa fosse paga por ela. Cheguei a pagar com o cartão da empresa, mas o Hotel emitiu a nota em meu CPF. Imediatamente avisei da falha por email, mas após um rápido atendimento da matriz do Hotel, que teria encaminhado à demanda para o atendimento local, não obtive mais resposta e terei que arcar pessoalmente com os custos da hospedagem. Atitudes como essa mancham toda a experiência.

Nice place

Staff was really polite, we were traveling with my baby daughter and they offered to put a crib on the room, this was extremely helpful.

I had only one issue related to the breakfast. There was a multi grain bread that was really old, or the recipe was horrible. The bread was as hard as a rock!

We had an issue on our arrival date and could not make it until the next morning - the staff saved our reservation and were super helpful.

no complaints. only issue was we had a room with a king bed - but it was not a king bed - it was two twins put together - you could feel the hard edge/line in the middle of the bed while we slept - we only were there long enough to nap and we were exhausted after our trip, so we slept anyway but it wasnt very comfortable.

It's alright for work and short stays.

Worth the price, nothing too fantastic. Descend bed, clean room, friendly staff. It's 5 min walk from some restaurants in the neighborhood.

It could have a bit better breakfast, the options are rather limited, you pretty much have eggs or sausage. They could have a better tv channel selection too.
