Wonderful lodging close to the ocean. Clean and easy to park. Close to the casino and race track. Staff was very helpful. Lots of places to eat close by.

No hot water in room and roaches in the bathroom. Lady at front counter with short red hair not friendly at all. Smiling would go a long way.

Check in staff was very courteous & professional. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, room was very clean & equiped with the necessary amenities.

The check in process is extremely slow. This one office checks in several different hotels. So plan on waiting outside in the heat for an hour if you have 4 or more people in front of you. It;s not horrible, it just grinds on the nerves when you don't expect that kind of wait.
The room was clean and modern, the bed very comfortable. The location is great. As it is older, the windows are thin and the door doesn't seal, so the outside noise isn't kept out. Most places down here are this way.
I would stay there again though. As long as you expect these things, you'll be ok.

Great stay at the hotel , it’s our 3rd visit. We like to have our room in building 9 with the interior patio .
The staff is great and friendly, the pool is nice and the fact that you can borrow beach chairs and towels is awesome.

Very convenient location super close to beach and restaurants. Clean and quite. Furnitures could be upgraded but it was fine with Is. Kitchen had everything needed to fix breakfast and warm up food. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Location location location!! For the price point this was a great spot, super convenient to some great restaurants and the boardwalk (try Why Not on the beach for awesome Italian!). 3 day stay so didn’t get housekeeping in but a small broom for sand would have been awesome to have in the room. But everything you need, great water pressure, full kitchen etc.

Very poor quality of wifi. The hotel is nice, but it’s looking a bit old and dated.

It is a great value for the money. Although it being an older building, it is very well taken care of and in an excellent location just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for a short beach vacation

The property is really cute and located just feet away from the beach. The suite is cute and roomy! Nice, large bathroom. This room has all the amenities needed for an extended stay— full fridge, stove top, microwave, dishes, iron/board. The room was very clean, however the cleaning products used were VERY strong—I had trouble sleeping. The ceiling fan rattled and the tv had no sound. We haven’t checked out much of the area yet, but this location seems like we can walk to some restaurants and like I said, the beach is just a block (or less) away.

We stayed in building 1, room 2 which is a 1 bedroom with separate bath and small kitchenette with a sofa bed and chair and a table/chairs. Has outside chairs. Safe area. Just 1 block off the Hollywood Beach broadwalk. We took an Uber from the airport. A lot of great dining, music, drinks, shopping and of course beach is all in walking distance. The water taxi is just a few blocks away at Margaritaville. Highly recommend Le Tub restaurant for an amazing burger which is across the road, 2 blocks down. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a small, unheated pool. They also have beach chairs to use for no fee but they do go quickly but just check back. They provide beach towels as well.

The bathroom was old and tiny, no space to get ready. The room we were given was supposed to be an upgrade but was far below the The expectations set with our first day at this property. It's unlikely we will book this property again. Too bad because the location and staff are excellent.

This property is older, but nice. The living room had a daybed instead of a couch which worked for us one day, but a bit uncomfortable to watch television. Nevertheless the location cannot be beat and the staff was hospitable and helpful. I would definitely stay again to be 2 blocks from the beach!

This is the second time I have stayed here. Last time was two years ago. My girlfriend loved it! The management upgraded me to a mini-suite so thanks to them for that! Really only two suggestions. 1. More storage (cubbies, dresser, etc). If people stay for a week or two there needs to be more storage. I generally like to unpack my suitcase. Also in bathroom too. I ended up putting up the ironing board to store items on in the bathroom 2. Probably time for a mattress upgrade. I know travelers have many options in Hollywood Beach. I love the location. Also Expedia says .89 mikes from the beach, really more like .1 or .2 miles. Prospective clients need to know how close they are to the beach. One other small thing, there are so many outside lamps for security you may want to invest in some darkening drapery. That’s all I got.
