The room was very clean. Simple but comfortable. Instructions to check in after office hour were clear and easy to follow. Office staff very friendly and helpful. The only item that was not so good was the mold smell in the room. But overall very mice, close to rge beach and easy access from the airport.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Needs updating. The first thing you notice when you walk in the room is the old cigarette smell. The hotel has been there for a while so can understand why it may smell. A little elbow grease and I’m sure that will go away. The bathroom was probably the area that needs the most work. The grout in the shower was old and cracking. The tub spout did not stop the water all the way when trying to take a shower. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We have stayed at other places with kitchenettes and none have that stuff. They provided beach chairs and towels for when we went to the beach so we didn’t have to worry about that stuff. The beach was a less than 5min walk to/from the hotel. All the staff we talked to were very nice. Overall, yes, there are areas that need updating, but we would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this location for the price, our room was upgraded “just because” so we were happy to hear that. We never had problems with parking there were plenty of spaces. The room was extremely clean which we absolutely appreciated. The upgrade included a kitchenette refrigerator and microwave and that came in handy because we were able to buy some food to have in the room. Bathroom is a little limited to space specifically in the counter space area but otherwise it was good for just basic use. The kitchen also had pots pans cooking utensils and eating utensils as well as cups plates bowls knives cutting board wine opener (but no cooking knives so you won’t be able to cut stuff up fyi) and there was a sponge and sink for dishes as well. The tv was decently sized and had a lot of channels as well as streaming services you can sign into. The AC worked well, had a ceiling fan as well. The bed was surprisingly very comfy. And they provided a little table for eating as well. There’s a short walk to the boardwalk and beach where there are a handful of places to eat drink and also ice cream. The staff and front desk were very nice and informative, they worked fast so check in was easy peasy. They offer free beach towels and beach chairs in the office so that’s a plus. We would definitely stay again!!

The room was filthy, had roaches and thick, built up dirt on the windows. Front desk people were friendly but the manager was not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The best part is that its very close to the beach.

Can’t beat the location and the bed was very comfortable. Very ran down and desperately needs some fresh paint, sealant and updates. Lots of rust and broken items. Service was great. Loved having a refrigerator.

Very comfortable and cozy. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! But the biggest highlight was being literally a two minute walk from Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk shops/restaurants. Would certainly come back again!!

I had trouble breathing because of the harsh chemicals they use to clean. The smell was noticeable. Lots of tiny crawling insects too, which wasn't the case in other nearby properties.

I really enjoyed my stay, its the perfect budget hotel you'll find thats close to the beach. Warning, it gets hot if you decide to turn the A/C off at night when you sleep, and sometimes the electric outlets were a bit finicky, but it was good!

Perfect location. Walk to beach in less than 2 minutes. Staff was really nice and helpful especially Ryan. I traveled solo and I felt safe and comfortable. A few suggestions...could use a peep hole on door of room and some fixtures could be updated. Very clean in and around the property. Overall, a great place and I will stay here again.

Hotel is very convenient, walking distance to the beach, they offer very good beach chairs. It is old building but the housekeeping does a very good job, rooms are very clean. During the weekends the beach and hotel get very crowded, we enjoyed more weekdays there. A lot restaurants, stores and things to do walking distance. We recommend this place, it was second time there.

This is my 3rd stay here and I've always been happy with the accommodations . . . clean, comfy bed, nice thick towels, friendly staff, close to the beach, parking for $12/day, decent pool, beach towels & chairs available, etc.

Booked this 2 night stay so my husband could work in a quiet place. Front desk people are really friendly but room smelled heavily of weed and cigarettes, next door neighbors were yelling and partying in the middle of the day ( not quiet) and my husband only sat on the leather stool and leather chair during the stay (we didn’t use the beds ) and he still ended up with bites all over back of leg that touched the chair. Not sure if it’s bedbugs (really hope not) but bites definitely happened in that room. Very disappointing.

My recent stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the room's cleanliness was subpar. The bed frame and couch had noticeable dirty spots, which made the room feel uninviting. The paint on the room door was chipped and dirty, further contributing to the overall lack of maintenance. In the bathroom, the sink was cracked and the hair dryer was old and non-functional, which added to the inconvenience. Additionally, there was dust and spider webs at the window, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Overall, the suite did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. Improvements in these areas are essential for a better guest experience.
