Great place to lay our heads before returning home. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Nice for a single-night layover near Fiumicino airport. Dinner at the main restaurant was quite nice. However, breakfast was lame. Foodwarmer had no power (cold scrambled eggs and ham. Waiters (both dinner and breakfast) need re-training in customer service. The rest of the staff was very cordial and helpful.

Used this Hotel for an overnight before our flight the next morning.
Overall a good Hotel on the waterfront, close to many restaurants and bars. The Hotel provides an airport pick up/drop off shuttle service €7 pp each way. Our room had reasonable facilities including a fridge, comfortable bed and balcony with a sea view (unfortunately no kettle.)
One other big plus is it’s possible to visit the old Roman port of Ostia either by public transport or taxi, ask at the desk for options (well worth a visit allow at least half a day)

Stayed for 2 nights. Came off a cruise and flight home wasnt imuntil 2 days later. Picked this hotel because of reviews and location we arrived early and knew we couldn't check in until later.The guy at the counter said to come back at 11. We cane back at 10:55 was abruptly told by a female employee that check-in was at 1 i said the guy told us to come back at 11. He said its not 11...We were offered another room but rhey wouldnt charge us the early check-in rate i declined as I wanted the room I had already paid for. So we waited until 1pm. We were then told our room was just being cleaned. This was quite frustrating. They eventually did give us a room but it was not the exact room I booked. At this point we took it as we were very tired. Customer service was lacking and the fact that we were sitting in the reception area waiting that they couldnt have asked the room attendants to have ours ready for 1 pm.
Very disappointing end to our trip. The bed was very uncomfortable and only 2 flat pillows.
The comforter was in the closet as was 1 other pillow.

This is our Go-To hotel after we have flown 12 hours from the states and land in Rome. We always spend the night here before we venture to other parts of Italy as it's very close to FCO airport.
We like it because it's convenient with their shuttle, the room is nice - basic and clean, staff is super friendly, there is a bar, breakfast is complementary, and we like to walk down the street to Cielo for dinner.

Our stay here was fine. Used this hotel for the last night of our trip before a flight. They do have an airport shuttle-we had a car so did not use it. Parking was free. Nice hotel bar and restaurant. Ok breakfast. Area is not wonderful-didn't walk around outside the hotel much. Employees were all very nice-room was fine.

Our trip to Italy hit a roadblock, when in Genoa airport we discovered KLM had cancelled our return flight home. We found a flight the next day on ITA, out of Rome. We booked Hotel Tiber for its proximity to the Rome airport, with a shuttle service. After a 5 hour train ride from Genova to Rome Termini, and a 45 minute taxi ride from Rome to Fiumicino, we were welcomed by the front desk staff of Hotel Tiber. the room was clean, had a balcony overlooking the harbor. We had a good nights rest and were able to make our flight home with no more issues. Thank you Hotel Tiber Fiumicino.

Only 3 pillows for 2 people.
Comforter without cover was stored on the shelf. Bath towel had a foot print.
There was no running water at 6am.
Breakfast selection was poor, no wait personal to ask for decaf. 1 person was handling bar and cleaning tables.
I know that others received 20 Euros discount on final bill. We got only got free transfer and no statement for payment with explanation that it's not possible due to payment being processed earlier.

The room was small. The bed and bedding was less than average. The walls were cracked and needed painting. To top it all off there was absolutely no water in the morning for a shower and it was not fixed but the time we left. Finally, you cannot pull up to the front door and parking is an extra ten euros and a ways away. No coffee in the room.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and is a great position to walk to many restaurants. The only thing I did not like is that they do what we call in English "nickel and diming", which means making you pay for little things that could easily be free. They have a scale in the lobby to weigh your bags, but they make you pay one euro to use it. They have a pool, but make you pay 6 euros for the mandatory bathing cap and towel etc.

The staff was friendly, the property and the room was very clean. Only issue was the refrigerator and tv weren’t working for some reason, but that was not really a big deal for us because we there less than 12 hours.

Concierge staff could have been more accommodating and friendly upon our arrival. Our room was not in its best condition with multiple marks on the wall, limited bedding and the shower had some damages. The shuttle we requested was not available despite informing the hotel prior to check in that it would be required. There was no complimentary water in the room and we were given only one sheet and one pillow per person as bedding.
