Leuk hotel parkeren drama

Een leuk kasteel hotel grote kamer goed ontbijt

Parkeren was een drama je het personeel moest mee rijden naar een parkeer garage in de stad. En dat koste ook nog eens 15 euro.

Lovely - slightly run down - old palazzo in a great location in the centre of Ascoli

Lovely - slightly run down - old palazzo in a great location in the centre of Ascoli. When our air conditioning unit broke down we were given a new room straight away.

Male staff on reception were super helpful; female staff more frosty / distant. Bathrooms could d with a refresh.

Grand old palazzo, a little tired, great location, valet parking.

grand old property. a little tired in fit out. great location in centre of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. helpful girl on reception and good breakfast.

a challenge to park even to check in but then car was valet parked. Hot water was tepid. not really worth upgrading room. our room was just a larger somewhat empty version of our daughters room.

it is placed in the center of Ascoli

the room is not clean, moulds in the bathroom. the bathroom has no windows and the fan is very noisy. breakfast is simply insufficient and not aligned with the regional tradition.

It was 37 degrees in Ascoli Piceno and we really needed air conditioning

Lovely large room Lovely old hotel Great breakfast Communication with the hotel before our visit was excellent and they helped with booking a hair dresser & restaurant

No air conditioning in 37 degrees and the plumping in the bathroom made loud groaning noises! The shower was very weak

Gorgeous Guiderocchi!

Fantastic location in the centre of Ascoli off the Main square- Piazza del Popolo with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely spacious room and big bed. Fridge in room and tasty breakfast. The most helpful ladies at the front desk-Veronica in particular went out of her way to help me organise hair and mail appointments for a wedding I was attending.

The air conditioning unit was working but not particularly cold in room #27?! Also I mentioned that the shower hose was leaky but a new one never appeared?! Lucky I needed to go to he hairdresser anyway as the shower power would not be sufficient to rinse thick hair as it stands.

Best Location ever!

The concierge was exceptional. We had a room that wasn't clean and she upgraded us to a suite. She was very apologetic and did not need to be that accommodating.

Hotel needs an update of facilities. The furniture and bathrooms were a bit shabby.

This hotel is perfect for a stop in Ascoli. It is 5 minutes walking from Ascoli’s main square. The historical building completes your experience. Rooms are clean and breakfast os delicious.

A unique hotel in a unique town

A 16th century town palace. A large and comfortable room with a high beamed ceiling In the centre of a beautiful town - only a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Popolo and even less from a small restaurant serving excellent local food and wine (Il vinatierre)

Nothing we didn’t like- but a word of advice! It is in the pedestrian zone (access to hotel allowed) with small streets, so don’t even think of driving a large car or SUV there!!

Not worth the price.

The staff was really very friendly and helpful. The structure of the building (an old palace) is very nice. The location is excellent.

The maintenance of the building was quite poor. Old and a bit stuffy furniture, cheap floors and low quality refurbishing. The shower was not working properly. The owners are clearly not interested in investing into their hotel.

Satisfactory and good as close to centre

Nice to be a few footsteps from the beautiful city center market place. You really never need your car for a 1 day stay and all interesting places close to eachtother

Breakfast was poor but lets be honest we are in Covid19 times too so they did their very best.Possibilities to enjoy a breakfast on a terras in the itty center too
