The hotel was OK. But we won’t be going back to the same place reason I don’t believe in paying to park your car when you already paid for the hotel that is ridiculous.

The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Easy quick check-in and check-out. Staff were nice and respectful. Nice quiet location.

Upon arrival there was no one at the service desk. Looked for someone for 15 minutes before the attendant showed up. Then had to pay for parking even tho webpage said parking was free. Bed was decent. Breakfast also decent. Come back to the room see a roach on the ceiling. Roaches weren’t water roaches they were hood roaches. Then find one in our bed. Carpets were stained and our AC had completely soaked the carpet under it. Water pressure was horrible. When checking out we tell the clerk about the roach. She could care less she didn’t even address it. Definitely not worth spending the money staying here.

The carpet is dirty, one of the lamp shades was broken, the pillows were too soft. Didnt like paying for parking. The front desk person gave good service.

Hotel shows a little age, but is very clean and comfortable. Any interaction with staff was helpful, nice and engaging. Location was good, a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking lot was well let and felt safe.
It does appear that you will soon have to pay for parking separately, seems to be a common trend now days. If it is listed and I know before getting to hotel, I’ll take that into consideration whether I’ll book or not. Do NOT like this info sprung on me during check in. I would recommend staying here.

Derick at the front office always friendly and helpful as usual excellent employee. Great attitude and polite.
Lil things like no shower gel and knob for shower hose missing carpet needs to be shampooed. But always like this location and the gurls serving breakfast always on time and ready on time stayed two nights I usually stay here every other month or so.

Nina at the front desk was amazing and very helpful! I put excellent for all areas, but for overall, the only reason I put four stars was because we found the breakfast to not be as good quality as we remember from years before. Other than that everything was perfect!

The hotel is comfortable, but certainly needs some attention. It is time for replacement of most furniture and carpeting throughout. We were in a King room with a sleeper sofa. We were using the sofa for sitting (not sleeping), but it did appear to be broken (sunken from the frame in the middle). The carpet was fraying in several places in our room as well. The overall condition of the entire hotel is a bit on the tired side.
BUT, the rooms are huge and comfortable. They have put money into the wonderful mattresses, which is HUGE!

Digital Check-in was nice and super convenient! Bathtub drained slow.
Room next door made loud noises and talking from 3am until 6am front desk desk was absolutely no help!

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good with lots of good food choices. Carpeting in Room was filthy with stains. Looked like they hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages bathrooms were very old. All were bathtub w shower. No step in tubs. Bathtubs so slippery and no bath mats. Had to ask for one. Housekeeping only came every other day. Staff should mention that when checking in. Yes, there is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says that but it s so small, it is easily missed. No shuttle to airport which is not that far away and would be a great help to many guests.

The room was dirty with stains all over the furniture and carpet. The bathroom had a not of damage to the fixtures. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff was super friendly and fast at check in. Coffee was soooo good!!! Shower was very hot, and water pressure was great. Hotel rooms were quiet, no problems with noisy hallways. One thing I wished they had was outlets for phone chargers in the bedside lamps, because I left my wall bug at home. The front desk was helpful, they showed me how to plug my charger into the TV to get my phone charged, but I had to leave the TV on all night. They could use some updating, repairs, and deep cleaning for sure, but I have stayed in worse.

The carpet in the room was really stained and dirty. The breakfast didn't taste good. Eggs tasted like powder and sausage cold etc..

This hotel was a good deal for the price I paid. Cleaner than more expensive places in Texas and conveniently located. The quality of breakfast was surprisingly good. The place operates with a small staff, but it is well maintained. I would take it again in my next trip to Corpus Christi.

When I got here to the hotel, they did not have my reservation that I had made through Hotels.com. I showed them my email confirming my booking but the receptionist said they did not have it. I had to get a room at a higher cost than what I had reserved it for and that was disappointing.

Been here a couple of times always great staff always clean if something happens they correct everything. Staff is always so friendly, courteous and respectful. This is my hotel when I’m visiting Corpus Christi plan to always come here when in town

I had booked a suite with handicap accessible bathroom but got a regular room. Staff was very nice, especially a cleaning lady who offered help with our door. The ottoman had 2 large stains, 1 oily so it looked wet, I called thinking the ceiling had a leak that fell on it. Maintenance checked, no leak and he was nice also. It was hard for my mother to use the restroom without grab bars at the potty but the room was nice otherwise.

Carpet in our room was very stained, mold all along the grout in the shower, and the bottom of the ac unit was rusted off. The hotel is nice, but definitely in need of some maintenance.

Excellent stay, the door for the pool areas doesn’t work properly and the fitness area should have open and closed hours so that you don’t have to ask the staff to let you in at certain times. Room was fine, staff was nice.

The staff was really nice. I stayed for one night, the bed was very comfy and breakfast was delicious and hot. Many restaurants around the area so that was quick and easy for dinner.

The AC in the room was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. The room stayed cold which is good since it's summer time right now, it was just very noisy. Sounded like an alarm was blaring but it was the AC. Staff was nice tho!
