Amazing experience! Specially the concierge Aylin was of tremendous help getting us reservations to sought after restaurants at the property. She also helped with each and every need of ours such as scheduling the house cleaning at our time or request. If you get Aylin as your concierge, you are going to have a very comfortable stay!

I promise I’m not just being a “Karen”, just want to give an honest review to save future travelers from wasting their hard earned money: The food here was absolutely terrible, I wouldnt even give it a homeless person. They had one restaurant (the Japanese themed one) that was decent, but the rest was almost inedible. The drinks were incredibly watered down, which is understandable at an all-inclusive, but they weren’t very tasty either. Everywhere you walked had a weird/stinky smell. The pools close at 8pm before the sun even set (even in the middle of summer when we went in August, the hottest time of year with lovely warm nights when you would want to enjoy a night swim) and the swim up bars closed even earlier at 6pm (actually 545pm bc they wanted to get a head start on cleaning up 🙄). Even the hours of the other bars/restaurants, entertainment and other amenities were very confusing and not well advertised so we missed out on things bc we had no idea when they were happening or when they were open or closed. Most of the staff were friendly but there were definitely a few that were rude and unaccomodating. Overall I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere as I am sure there are better options.

The overall facilities was good and convenient to both kids and adults, the transportation around the property is a plus and always available, restaurant options was good and the food was good aswell. We waited two hoyrs for a room service order, one thst they told us will arrive in 45 mins, we didnt want the food no more because it was way too late. I didnt like how thw tour desk told us that the tour was two hours when it was an all day tour, because tbey wanted us to stay out and spend money at particular locations.

Our assigned room was on the first floor, we told them my mom is afraid of bugs and insects. They did their best and upgraded us to a beautiful ocean view 2 story suite with a terrace and hot tub. We had an amazing and comfortable stay.

I recommend that more employees are needed in the restaurants, the service is terrible and it is the lack of staff and the few that there are look tired due to overwork, it doesn't seem fair to them and. for guests. More activities and less vulgar reggaeton, food needs more variety, the same thing every day. Specialty restaurants need to improve quality. The excellent treatment and the hotel, the incredible concept.

Very hard working staff, clean rooms. But everything is very dated and needs major renovation or replacement. We had a serious stomach problems after eating in one of their restaurants. The beach is dirty and you can’t use it. There is a lot of walking from your room to the restaurants, beach or the main lobby. You have to take a train to commute around the resort.

Adults smoking and drinking right next to kids swimming pool. Wi-Fi sucks, staff tries to sell you membership all the time, shuttle from Mexico Travel Solution forgot to pick us up to take to airport, had to call for a cab. Our luggage did not get picked up on time. Avoid this place.

What I didn't like was the schedule of the services in the pool, it starts very late and ends very early, just like breakfast is very late for people who go on excursions outside the hotel.

We travel here for family vacations, I chose this hotel because had many options for our six yo boy, they had a great kids pool, bowling, an arcade, the beach was fine, also you could see animals on the property, for adults there were many choices too, bars, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly very attentive. We stayed at a junior suite, was very spacious and confortable.Overall we had a great experience would definetely recommend.

Power went twice, rooms were hot. No real activity for guest. Too many hidden things to figure out such as a restaurant but it closed on certain days or tonight you need reservations. Property was good but run down.

Highlyyyy recommend this resort. We had an amazing time the entire trip. The staff is very attentive and made sure our requests were heard. During the check in process, we were upgraded to a swim out suite for my boyfriend’s birthday. Our favorite restaurants were the Steakhouse and Bluemoon, they were truly amazing. We will most likely be returning!

All inclusive mean all inclusive for all restaurants without any restrictions which that me disappointed and kind of shady to make you pay more most of the steak or some kind of food you have to pay for it and the win as well , and when u make reservations for restaurant for lunch or dinner they give you dead time and if you look for like 9 pm or 7 pm they offered you if you buy bottle of win they give you that time , plus with guest service they not letting you book with 2 restaurants on same day which is doesn’t make sense as resorts policy, and the first day we checked in the AC and the fan not working and we have to sleep on the hot until second day they decided to change our room because will take 3 days to fix it overall i don’t like them and they make me feel it’s all about money and you have to pay more unfortunately not recommend this resort if they were clear from the bogging that makes more sense but they like surprise all inclusive but on real not

This resort provides all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. Our room had a peaceful garden view and easy access to the pool, restaurant, and entertainment. We would definitely come back!

Very nice resort. Many staff are very nice, respectful, kind . But others very rude. I didnt elwant to buy a veer in aroad 66 and the server was very rude thru the dinner time.in the buffet they sit you and the mugs and utensils are dirty, in the pez restaurante the server very rude when i asked her to change sits for a empty table next to the beach , she said she have to seat someone that was on line .
