Chalet Nelson
Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this authentic chalet, whose foundations date back to 1738, with two quick accesses to the ski slopes leading to Avoriaz, so you can avoid the crowds on busy days.
Access to Avoriaz is via the TS de Zore (parking available at Super Morzine, less than 10' by car) or via the Seraussaix car park on the Avoriaz road (12' min by car), both of which lead to the Seraussaix green run arriving at the foot of the TS de Proclou.
Facing due south, you'll be amazed by the breathtaking views from Chalet Nelson, with panoramic views of the Pointe de Nyon, Le Pleney and Morzine.
Situated in a quiet hamlet planted with trees, you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the many animals (chamois, roe deer, hinds and foxes) that regularly come at sunrise and sunset to graze or hunt in the 2-hectare clearing in front of the chalet.
Access to the chalet is via a private road, which is cleared of snow up to twice a day, depending on the terms of the snow-clearing contract.
Divided into two flats, this chalet is ideal for families, allowing children to sleep in the upstairs flat and parents to enjoy the downstairs flat.
Ground floor - The charm of an old building completely renovated for your comfort
A 150 m² flat with an entrance leading to 3 en suite bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. Bedding 140 x 190 cm, access to the terrace for the two bedrooms located in the hallway.
Separate toilet.
A kitchen opening onto the living room with wood-burning stove and a dining area that seats 12 to 14 people.
Access to the terrace with sheltered garden furniture, table and chairs and panoramic views over Morzine.
First floor - The breathtaking view
A bright 70 m² flat comprising :
1 en suite double bedroom with shower room and WC.
In the lounge: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) in an alcove.
A mezzanine giving access to two 140 cm x 190 cm mattresses (suitable for teenagers or children aged 8 and over only, access by ladder)
1 separate shower room and WC.
A large lounge with sofa and armchairs, 1 TV, a dining area opening onto the kitchen and giving access to the balcony with views over Morzine.
Pool table and dart board.

Washing machine - 2 dishwashers - Fridge/freezer (2 small fridges in the kitchens - 1 large fridge-freezer in the store room) - Microwave - Full range of small electrical appliances (coffee maker - kettle - toaster - raclette and fondue machines) - Wifi - Underfloor heating and wood-burning stove on the ground floor - Electric convector heaters on the 1st floor - Large garage for storing skis and ski boots (no vehicle access) - 4 to 5 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet.
