★☆LIVING SPACE★☆
The living room is on the second floor and faces the ocean with large windows and blinds that can be raised to get the full effect. It has a couch with accent chairs and 50"Smart TV. A door to a patio/balcony where there are outdoor lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. There is a gas fireplace that separates the living room and dining room. Everything you need for your chic beach vacations!
The dining room is sunken with a slate floor. A large round table in front of a window with an ocean view. The table can seat 8-10 people and is in front of the bar that separates it from the kitchen.
The large kitchen flows easily with a refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, a gas range, a microwave, and other appliances, pots, and pans. A Keurig coffee machine as well as a regular coffee machine. Plenty of glassware and dishes as well.

Parking for two medium cars in the garage. There is an additional 2 parking spaces in front of the house in case you have an SUV. A high-capacity washer and dryer with detergent pods. Also, a wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella.

HOLLYWOOD BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD
Quaint and quiet beach community. It never gets crowded due to the lack of parking.
A 7-minute walk, and you are at the Farmers' Market, bike, paddleboat, and kayak rentals. Book a tour to Anacapa for a day too! There are a ton of restaurants, shops, rentals, and the ocean is your backyard - well front yard!
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please note that there is no secure fenced area. We have rules about being on the furniture, cleaning up after them and being groomed and on a flea program.
This is such a magnificent house with so much to offer in the best location for Oxnard Beach. Everything is walking distance so leave the car in the garage and just relax!
