Location and cleanliness of room
Staff in breakfast station were nice
Our AC cooling didn’t work. My husband is an AC tech and inspected it himself. It didn’t work and the room was hot, we had to sleep with the patio door open but couldn’t sleep well due to extra noise level
I let the staff know when checking out and they said they would comp the parking, but not sure why we have to pay for parking at a hotel we’re already paying to stay at.
Also cell phone service isn’t great in the area and they charged extra for WiFi. Not a great way to make your guests feel at home.
Also I was positive I had selected a marina view and got a lousy pool view and couldn’t switch as the hotel was full.

Gute Lage, ruhig. Großes Zimmer, gute Betten. Relativ großes Bad. Sauber. Kostenloser Parkplatz.
Personal war professionell und sachlich. Ärgerlich: Versteckte Kosten - 30 Dollar Pass-Fee! Wurde sonst auf meiner Reise durch Arizona, Nevada und Kalifornien von mir nicht verlangt.
Frühstück typisch US-amerikanisch. Aber Pappteller und -Becher passen eigentlich nicht zum Ambiente dieses Hotels. Frühstücksangebot im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels unterdurchschnittlich.

Quiet street, Hotel guest parking enforced by placard, Restaurants and Grocery nearby. Room came with Fridge and Microwave. Pool is located between the Lobby and Hotel. Large balcony. Noon check out time.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfort rooms. Great on the marina & seals :) You can go by walk (approx 15 -20 minutes) to another part of marina. Breakfast included

Close to the Channel Islands Harbor
I was charged top dollar for a room with a marina view, however my view was construction of the harbor. July 5th was nothing but noise and obnoxious drilling. I tried to take advantage of the complementary breakfast around 9 and the employee that was in charge of the breakfast area was more intent on getting everyone out and closing the doors than trying to help, be accommodating and make me feel welcome.

The breakfast was tasty , the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.. We enjoyed the view from our room.. also, upon arriving both Joseph and Johnny were very helpful and friendly helping with our check in process. We look forward to a return back to this property in the near future.
We had to walk and roam the parking lot since the the internet connection. was not very good in the main entrance. We were not aware of the extra fee of $12 to park in the lot of the hotel.

Not much. A very “Motel 6” vibe
Missing baseboards throughout the building (water damage?) The bed wasn’t top-notch in terms of comfort.

It was good. Breakfast was good for what it is, a free, simple buffet. It was clean, food was decent, I actually ate some. It was all good
I did not like the $12.50 parking fee. I did not like the "Booking.com" mess-up with the registration. Lady at the check-in desk got it sorted out. I booked through Booking.com & when I got to the hotel, it did not show me as registered. Good thing I had my receipt from online booking. Next time just call the resort directly. The 10 bucks you save is not worth the hassle.
