Location - Located near to Northampton Town Centre on a quiet street but close to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Room 4 - 2 Kings or 4 Singles
Bathroom - Fully equipped with bath and overhead shower. There is an additional shower room.
Living Areas -
There is a lounge with 2 large sofas providing a comfortable place to relax with a large TV.
Kitchen - Large kitchen with dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen has all the facilities that you need for your stay including washing machine.
Dining Room - Large dining room with dining table and 4 chairs.
Downstairs Toilet.
Large outdoor garden.
We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.
You will have access to the whole property.

We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. We can be reached via Airbnb or by email & phone 24/7.
RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties!
*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and any related charges will be passed onto you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties and we will charge you for the cost of specialist cleaning to resolve.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
*We require a £200.00 security deposit upon check-in which will be refunded on check-out providing there are no issues at the property.
*We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID.
*The minimum age for a stay is 21. We will cancel all reservations without refund if verification steps are not completed or the age requirement is not met.
