Welcome to Desert Bungalow - a modern minimalist home just 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This stunning mini-resort is the ultimate getaway, conveniently located to a variety of locations, including Joshua Tree. Designed with the location in mind, this home’s aesthetic has earthy desert colors and calm vibes. Hand-picked furniture, glassware, and decor creates the perfect vacation atmosphere. Hot tub, pool, and fire pit in a lighted backyard for an incredible gathering space! Inspiration for Desert Bungalow was drawn from the simple and beautiful desert landscape. This home is more than a chain hotel or something embellished in generic Palm Springs decor, it’s a comfy bungalow with lots of personal touches. Each room in the home fills with the most beautiful natural light. With so many festivals, events, and conventions happening year-round in the Palm Springs area, you’ll always have an excuse to stay here. IG @desertbungalow.airbnb Location Airport - 10 min Downtown Palm Springs - 10 min Festivals - 25 min Hiking Tahquitz Canyon - 20 min Living Room Walk into the open concept living space adorned with vaulted ceilings to the stylish leather sectional and accent chair. Nestled in the entertainment center is a 65" smart TV with a sound bar, perfect for movie nights or your favorite music playlist. Open up the sliding glass door just next to the couch for indoor/outdoor living. An expansive Article table and chairs seats 8 comfortably and adds to the seating available in the living room. There are also board games and puzzles available for you to enjoy. Kitchen Bring all the ingredients to make a homemade meal in our newly renovated kitchen. We have every pan and dish you need, along with plate and glassware setting for 12. Bathrooms Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer—no need to bring your own. Bedrooms Four beautiful and trendy bedrooms have a variety of bed sizes to accommodate your entire group. Master Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, full length mirror, walk-in closet with dresser, luggage rack, sound machine and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, reading nook with decorative pillows, sound machine, mirror, walk-in closet with hanging storage. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sound machine, mirror, closet with hanging storage. Bedroom 4: Daybed (two twin beds), built-in dresser, sound machine, mirror, closet with hanging storage. Reading Nook In the living room you’ll find a bookshelf stocked with the latest and most popular novels. Sit back and relax in the comfy accent chair for an afternoon with a good book. Outdoors A hot tub, pool, lawn games, and fire pit are currently available! Desert Hot Springs has not outlawed outdoor music like most cities in the surrounding area, so that’s a big benefit and something to keep in mind in your search for your perfect vacation spot. City ID #1897 Guest access Guest will have access to entire home and fenced backyard. The home has a garage for one car and a driveway large enough for three cars maximum. For your convenience, you will also have access to the washing machine and dryer which is housed in the garage. Other things to note The backyard is currently under construction. We're building a pool, fire pit, and more! We can't wait to open up the backyard, but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy a substantial discount for the inconvenience. Estimate opening is December 2022. The property is equipped with an exterior Ring Door Bell security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior/rear of the property. Security cameras are monitored and recorded to be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
