It was a prime position for the beach, pier and the centre, it is acroos the road from the retail park and from the beach. Was in close range to the train station and to other activities in llanduno. The staff were also very kind and always smiling.

Great location on beach front, short walk from train station. Helpful host with lots of useful local knowledge and recommendations. Small yet comfortable room (with an option to upgrade) Really comfortable bed and clean bedding and towels. Good value for money with great choice of breakfast included. Really enjoyed our first (but not our last!) stay in Llandudno 🌞🙂

Between 10 and 16 hours you have to pay for parking and it is hard to find any free places. But after 16:00 h parking is free. The oasis gave useful tips for our visit to Snowdon. We payed some extra for a much better room with seaview.

The overall experience was superb. The room was immaculate, well presented and very comfortable with parking nearby. We would not hesitate to come back to the Oasis. Carole & Ed were most accommodating, friendly and helpful in everything from places to visit, to directions on how to get there. You will not be disappointed and this is a 'must' place to book when when looking for a place to stay with fabulous service. The town and eateries are all within easy walking distance with fabulous views being situated right on the sea front.

Excellent location. Ed and Carol are amazing. Ed upgraded us to a sea view room without any additional charge as it was available on the day we stayed. Breakfast was nice, they made the effort of finding out dietary requirements and gave us options around it.

First ever stay and found very good welcome our bags were carried to the top floor by cheerful Ed it was a town facing room and very quiet. Wonderful breakfasts and very helpful staff would definitely recommend The Oasis as a base to the North Wales area.

The cleanliness stood out for me. I also liked the nautical decor of the downstairs area. Staff very helpful, friendly. Found locked outside door at 4 p.m bit of a problem when not with partner who had key, not the only guest who found the self locked out. Would have liked to been able to get a drink at hotel in evening but not a big deal. Really liked hotel would recommend to others. 😊😊😊👏

We stayed at the Oasis for 3 nights and were very happy with the family room and the comfort of the beds. Everything was very clean and fresh and the room was serviced each day. It was great to be on the sea-front and it wasn't difficult to find on-street parking. As a coeliac, it was important for me to have a gluten-free breakfast and they definitely didn't disappoint. I had a full English each morning...delicious! Lovely people and a really perfect location - we would stay there again.

Very friendly and attentive host and staff and COVID considerations well done.Lovely building right on seaside and short walk to high street and pier. Lovely breakfast too and room was comfortable. Shower is not powerful at all and temperature hard to regulate. Only downside but overall Oasis B&B highly recommended

The 2 bedroomed annexed apartment which we stayed in is a great base for a family trip to Llandudno. It’s location is great, attached to the rear of the Oasis bed and breakfast off the sea front with all Llandudno’s bars, shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.On arrival we had the warmest of welcome’s from Ed, the owner who showed us in to the apartment.The designated parking space is a real bonus especially when you only have to walk five paces with the luggage to from the car to the apartment!The dining kitchen is a great size and fully stocked with utensils which were all spotlessly clean ( as was the whole apartment) which in these Covid times takes on added importance.The master bedroom has a very handy ‘dressing room’ attached with double wardrobe which comfortably accommodated our considerable luggage and where we could store the cases when they were empty.The separate shower in the bathroom was powerful and consistently hot which is always a big plus(Although the bathroom door could do with a bit of attention as It was a little stiff to open and close)Our 3 kids were more than happy in the good sized bedroom no.2 which has a double bed and bunk beds.Not the greatest view from the balcony but it was a nice place to get some fresh air and sit out when the sun came out.All in all this place represented great value for money and we would definitely return.

Great b&b. Lovely and clean and really nice attentive staff. The breakfast items available were all really nice too (great eggs and great bacon). Stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 children in the family room #7)
