We stayed 1 night. Picked for proximity to railway station. Excellent old style Italian building with high ceilings and balcony overlooking piazza, which was great for people watching!! Able to leave luggage while we explored. Area around hotel was typical 'Naples' very colourful. We couldn't locate any English speaking channels on TV eg for news. Access to free coffee, tea and wine glasses, plates , cutlery etc meant you could eat a simple breakfast in your room. The host Alessandra was friendly and helpful.

Very modern and comfortable hotel! Host was amazing and had a beautiful gift for my partners birthday! Thanks again for everything and we loved as well the kitchen area to relax and have a coffee/ tea

Area was full of transients, unsafe feeling which didn’t matter to me but I had my wife and baby with me. Elevator will not fit large suitcases only carry on. I expressed my disappointment and was told that was clearly stated in my booking. Fair enough that I didn’t rear that but why not show pictures of everything, not just the room. Show the area, the elevator and the building not just the room.

I had a wonderful stay. The hostess Alessandra was so kind and helpful. She gave me great tips for the city, complete with a map and her suggestions were all spot on. The room was beautiful and had style as well. Clean and had everything you could need for a stay in this awesome city. Don’t be too put off by the activities outside the hotel at night. It is what it is. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Would stay again.

Well… it’s obvious that the owners had friends write positive reviews. First off, it’s steps from the train station, which is great but a lot of people loitering outside and it’s a bit sketchy. Second it was hard to find and you had to climb three flights of stairs. Once you’re inside it’s beautiful and the lady was very nice and accommodating. It was fine for one night.

Our stay couldn't be better! The location is within short distance to Napoli Centrale. The room, which is of a very nice contemporary design, is very spacious, clean and well maintained. I would suggest a wall clock of some sort to remind guests of the time. The free coffees, teas and lemon water are a big plus for tourists to begin their day. What impressed us the most were the hospitality and accomodation that we felt with the owner, Alessandra. She was so helpful, perceptive, informative and very pleasant. Not to mention, very friendly and would do whatever it takes to make us feel comfortable and homey. The actual location of the hotel seemed a bit "undersirable" at first, because it was in the center of a busy piazza, but we felt accustomed to it after Day 1. Overall, it was safe to walk around as there are people (locals and tourists) walking on the streets and sidewalks all day long.
On most days, we felt safer with local and national police patrol cars on site. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visits Naples and a good base to visit Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast.

I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.

Serendipity is lovely. Alessandra greeted us on time and helped us with all needs. It's so close to the main train station which is convenient but because of that it's in a very dirty and sketchy area of Naples.

Warm, helpful friendly staff. Large triple room with great view over Garibaldi square. A perfect spot to base yourself in Naples as right next to trains and Metro. Lots of little restaurants around. Everything you could ask for in a room. Fabulous air conditioning and lovely little breakfast.

Our experience at Serendipity B&B could not have been better! We stayed one night in Naples before leaving for Capri so our time there was short. Alessandra was so helpful and even mapped out an entire itinerary that we could do quickly. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and great AC. The location being by the train station was really convenient because you’re right by the metro, bus stops, everything you could need. There is coffee and water available in the lobby and the breakfast delivered to our room was perfect. We stayed here because of the good reviews online- and the reviews are right! My boyfriend even forgot his air pods in the room and Alessandra messaged us after we checked out and we are going to meet her to get them back on our way home when we stop in Naples again. 5 stars all around!!!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The best stay in our entire ITALY trip. Alexandra, Eduardo and Marta were best possible hosts. Place well managed, beautifully decorated, five star breakfast service. They even helped us to make arrangements to fix our Apple Computer. An oasis in every sense of the word. I have travelled around the world, and in Italy. This is a gem. Could not recommend it more.

Had a wonderful one night stay. They worked with me on my late arrival and were very friendly and accommodating the whole time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place near the central train station.

The place itself was great. Clean room, comfortable bed (which was a rarity in italy), beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful. Just make sure you email or call after you book to arrange your check in as they are not always on site and you wouldnt know where to go if they werent there to direct you. Only downside is the area. Its incredibly convenient being by the train station but its just not the most visually appealing and there are alot of people just loitering in the plaza out front of the hotel at night. To be fair, most of naples isnt that appealing either. But this was a great place to relax before our flight back home.

This B&B is great! The rooms are spacious and super cute and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a quick walk from the train station so if you’re traveling with luggage this is a good location. Alassandra is an incredible host. We ended up getting into Naples a couple of hours early and I didn’t realize that check in was by appointment only (which was completely my fault because they make it clear when you book, I just didn’t pay close enough attention). When we arrived we called and Alessandra was there within minutes to let us in. She was so gracious and kind about the whole thing, even though we likely disrupted her day. She gave us a ton of good tips about where to eat and what to see in Naples, and she even made us to go bags with breakfast because we had to check out early to catch a train. Excellent experience overall, I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Naples.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable but in fairness, I suppose that is a matter of personal preference. There wasn’t a towel rack in the bathroom. The room was large yet only had a narrow shelf along the wall and only one plastic chair for use as a table/desk. There was no other place to sit except on the bed.

Alessandra was very helpful. After I had left Naples and was in another city, I realized I had lost or mislaid a credit card in Naples. I checked to see if I had left it the hotel but I hadn’t. Alessandra called the museum for me find I had left it there and then she called me back to let me know it was there and so I could block it.

Excellent stay at Serendipity! Our hostess was so friendly and helpful - guided us to good restaurants and spots to see. Parking was easy and close to the building. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also loved the breakfast in the morning.
Took us a minute to find (it's right next to McDonalds) which wasn't a big deal.
