Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Lovely room with nice sea view. The only negative is that the terrace is locked after breakfast each day. On the website the terrace is a selling point as somewhere to relax (especially when the rooms don’t have balconies) so disappointing to find out it’s locked.

Location was great close to tram and public transportation. Breakfast & staff very good. However I would not say this is 4 star. Room was big but very basic . No kettle & no cups in room at all.

We stayed in a room for a family of four. The room was very quiet, spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were ever so comfortable. I loved the large bathroom with it's rainfall shower and the room's A/C worked great! The hotel is located in the heart of Olbia with plenty of shopping and restaurants that are all within walking distance right outside the entrance. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot was down the street in a dusty dirt/rock area. This was quite cumbersome during check in/out time and it made the luggage and car dirty. Overall, the hotel was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Very nice Hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location is perfect. Close to the harbor and close to the old centre. We will book again!

Amazing friendly service. Nice modern room and facilities. Good breakfast on the hotel rooftop. Excellent location in Olbia historic area. Many thanks for looking after my brother so well for the couple of days he was sick (sickness not related to the stay or hotel). You were very kind and helpful.

I just stayed for one night before my flight to Bologna. The location is near old town, lots of restaurants and cafés around. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was tucked away on a side street, so directly on top of the city center with none of the noise. Great mini bar/hotel lobby prices. Super accommodating and very nice.

Essenza Hotel is ideally located to enjoy the lively city center of Olbia. You'll find nice places to have dinner or drinks within walking distance. The property is clean and the staff very welcoming.

Brand new refurbished with a very friendly front desk and a extraordinary friendly lady at the breakfast located at the rooftop bar, Essenza is a good choice for a stay in Olbia. The room is quiet, clean and new, A/C works quietly, furniture is mid class but functional. Breakfast is good. The Main Street (Corso Umberto, pedestrian area) is one minute walking distance. So thumbs up for this friendly mid class accommodation.
