It’s really well located

I habe booked a room for one adult and two children and i got a room with a double bed only. I was asked for additional 80chf per night for a small additional bed. I daid that we were three people and nobody told me beforehand there will be only a double bed.

great location, big rooms- we had 2 deluxe studios with personal bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette.

kitchenette is not meant for really cooking- very limited cutlery and suction isn't good enough. Blocked showers and toilets. We only complained about the toilet and they fixed it within 10min which was nice.

how can you have the toilet where you sleep? you’re literally sleeping in a bathroom with a bed

Expensive but clean.

The hotel is convenient for my visit to my handicapped son. It is clean and adequate for one night's stay.

It is quite expensive , but I guess that is because it is in Switzerland.

Good value for money in the centre of La Chaux de Fonds.

The central location is very convenient to get to by train or by car. The premises are kept squeaky clean. The staff was very friendly.

An extra light to work at the table and an extra blanket would have been appreciated. The breakfast service starts only at 7am which was a little late for me.

That the Bar closed at 21:00, and I was really looking forward to a Guiness from tap… which they had to offer!!!

Superb

This hotel has been recently renovated and is bright, modern and clean. Our studio kitchenette room was a lesson in fitting everything in without ending up too tight. The kitchenette is minimally equipped but enough to heat something up.

The breakfast, as already mentioned in other reviews, is priced way too high for what it is. There are cereals available but no milk to put on them. And no muesli??? The fruit was good though, nice and fresh. No meat or eggs for those who eat them.

All one needs

Great to discover this hotel. Top clean, new room, friendly reception, good wifi, reasonable price. Wonderful falafel corner next door. Special thanks for free bus tickets for the days of my stay and entrance tickets to all nearby sightseeing spots.

None that I can think of.

Great value for money and well located.

The room itself is great. It's spacious, well located and with a small kitchen. It's possible to safely store your bike for the night inside the building. The hotel is right next to a vegan and gluten-free friendly restaurant.

There is a gap at the bottom of the door. The hallway and the bar outside were a bit noisy.
