Perfect for 1/2 nights in HCM. Very nice location at the border of Q1 and animation but still quiet.

Small room without window but not a big deal

Sure will come back again. All staff is friendly

Hotel near to muslim street can find halal restaurant all the way. Staff also friendly and all facilities in good condition. Room have universal plug no need to bring extra plug.

room is clean but not too clean because there is dust near the ceiling and there is a nest of animals attached to the wall.

Excellent pour un court séjour

Merci pour le surclassement gratuit Hôtel dans le centre de Saigon, proche des différents monuments de la ville. Un marché se situe proche de l'hôtel et il y a pas mal de vie autour de l'hôtel, qui devient néanmoins assez calme en soirée.

Friendly staff with amazing service

Staff were friendly and efficient. Great service and close to attractions! Just across halal restaurants so good for muslim tourist!

You will have to climb several flight of stairs to get to the lobby, hence not so wheelchair friendly

Disappointing

Rooms and furniture very very old. Size of room is much smaller than it appears on pictures. Very small window on the top of the wall, not bright like in the picture. No bath tube as suggested in the picture. Manager at reception quite unfriendly. Had a superior room which was dissapointing.

Perfect for Muslim family

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Too bad we couldn’t bring back the balloon given to the kids. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is just perfect, in the middle of halal food street and close to the market.

No breakfast available but it’s still very easy to find outside of the hotel.

Very clean , quiet hotel in excellent location with awesome staff.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in an excellent, interesting, location, close to Ben Thanh market, the park and plenty of places to eat. As a solo female traveller, first visit to Saigon, this hotel and area was an excellent choice. Thanks again to all the staff!! 😊

Comfort, the staffs are friendly except the night male staff which ask for $25000 dong

My friend girl friend want vist and the staff at night(MAN with moustache) ask for 250000 dong in order for his girl friend to go to his room which I think is not right. and not part of your hotel requirement. Furthermore when ask for receipt he refuse to provide, this upsetting my friend and spoil the day Pls kindly do a check and get back to me Thanks in advance

A nice place in the big city

The rooms were fine, had everything we needed. Warm showers and a comfy bed. The staff was nice to us and the location is great and central

The window didnt isolate sound very good, but it didnt bother us that much

Exceptional

The staff was friendly, although it was sometimes a little bit hard to talk in English. They gave us a free upgrade for the room. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable and it was clean.

This stay not 4 us (bad experience)

Lucky we stayed 2 nights. Ben thanh market half open. Food court is turned into a club now. The rest of the centre is dead. Better stay near saigon square or riverside walk. Really regret we didn't

Really shocking experience for my wife and 2 year old daughter. Drunken unknown chinese man try to intrude in to our room! Confronted him and he sat down in the hall, few moments again kickin our door.. Hotel employees did nothing and ask not to call police. Eventually he went away. Hotel has zero security just anybody could walk in and cause troubles. No security recording system. Thats probably what you get for this money. Towels smelly, shower has hair in drain. Blankets has yellow spots. Room really outdated. Its more a hostel then a hotel.

Location was excellent, in the centre of district one. Good location to visit most of the main events on foot.

Fabulous

The staff were friendly. Good English. The lift was normal size, can reload all my luggages in one go.

The matress was a bit hard. Shower gel has not refilled. The power socket a bit loose.
