立地は最高

24階に宿泊しましたが、景色はとても素晴らしかったです。また原爆ドームから徒歩数分の距離と近く、朝から余裕を持って過ごせました。朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。

子供用のアメニティがなかったのが残念です。直近で舞浜のディズニーランド提携ホテル、お台場のヒルトンホテル、大久野島の休暇村に宿泊していまして、いずれも子ども向けのアメニティがありましたので、比較するとちょっと残念でした。お風呂場の天井のカビが気になりました。体を洗うボディタオルがかなり硬くて痛かったです。

La struttura è vicina alle varie attrazioni, ristoranti e metro

Sono poco organizzati, arrivati in camera dopo 6 ore di camminata sotto al sole, ci siamo resi conto che non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera. Il check-in è durato circa 30 min. Poco organizzati anche per il taxi, chi mi diceva che era da una parte, chi dalla parte opposta e alla fine siamo dovuti uscire e trovare una taxi station. Le prese per ricaricare i dispositivi non funzionavano e i mobili della camera erano rovinati. In più le foto della stanza non coincidevano con la realtà!

J’ai bien fait de choisir cet hôtel.

Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont deux fois plus vastes que dans la plupart des autres établissements dans la même fourchette de prix. Le personnel est très serviable. La vue est magnifique, de jour comme de nuit. Idéalement situé tout près du musée et du parc de la paix, c’est une excellente adresse. Je recommande absolument.

La ubicación excelente . Caminando se puede conocer el parque de la Paz, el castillo de Hiroshima, museo, etc

La entrada y hall del hotel bastante elegantes pero ya en la habitación bastante antiguo, amplia aunque estaba presente el olor a humedad . En la habitación había un deshumedecedor por presentaran alergias El precio demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen a mi parecer

Although the price is a bit high but this hotel offers good value in location, comfort & facility.

Cleanliness, Location, and breakfast. The breakfast was so amazing, this is the first hotel throughout my travel to Japan in a month that provided fesh green juice. Seriously.. fresh green juice! And the taste was amazing. Also other variety of food they had in the buffet.

The price:) A bit more expensive.

Would highly recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel in Hiroshima to anyone.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location. The staff was great and offered us an upgraded room at no charge. The view was amazing, and the room /amenities were very generous and comfortable. The breakfast was included and offered a large buffet with many choices. We were very pleased with our last stay (for this trip) in Japan.

Coffee in the room would be nice for those that don’t drink tea.

Nice hotel ruined by smoke

Stayed overnight at the hotel. The room had massive corner room windows which had a great view. The bar in the hotel served nice cocktails with alright food, although some of the staff struggled with English so there was a bit of a communication barrier.

We had requested a non-smoking room, but the room, and the hallway, stunk of smoke. It’s clearly not always a non-smoking room. Even the bedding smelled of smoke, the top pillows were unusable because the smell was so bad. If they’re going to advertise a non-smoking room, they should actually have one.

Super tolles Hotel! Ich hatte einen atemberaubenden Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer im 27. Stock. Das Zimmer war groß, geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und stets sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat 6 Restaurants. Ich habe im japanischen Restaurant gegessen und war begeistert. Ich komme gerne wieder. Frühstück war auch gut, war westlich und japanisch. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fussläufig zu erreichen.

Schickes Hotel in bester Lage.

Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Hiroshima Castle. Zentrale Lage und alles zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren groß und man hatte viel Ablagefläche.

La taille des chambres est agréable. On peut tourner autour des lits, se déplacer et la salle de bain est spacieuse. La vue est incroyable (nous avions une chambre au 20e étage.

Large, comfortable, friendly hotel with great staff!

We had a great view on Hiroshima castle and the A-bomb done. Friendly staff, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the lobby on arrival day and departure day. Nice and quiet rooms. Great location, close to everything and restaurants.

You have to pay 2200 yen pp for swimming pool unfortunately.

perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 night visit to Hiroshima.

room was 23 rd floor and view of the city and surrounding mountains was absolutely spectacular. Location of hotel is also great with access to shopping/restaurant facilities but mainly the close walking distance to atomic dome and museum.

Luxury Stay with a View

Location, amenities, great views and helpful staff. The breakfasts from the top floor Sky Lounge were wonderful!

The room while very clean was showing signs of wear, could use an update/refresh.

Excelente localização.

A localização do hotel é excelente para quem deseja caminhar pelo centro de Hiroshima. O Peace Memorial Park é perto e há muitas opções de restaurantes e shopping no entorno do hotel.

As instalações do hotel são bem cuidadas, mas são antigas.

Our best room and best value in whole trip.

Best location, near all the sights in a wonderful, thriving neighborhood Fantastic amenities nearby, big shopping center with fab food Great view of Hiroshima Castle from the room Wonderful breakfast buffet, best we had in Japan. Best shopping so far in Japan, less touristy and better quality stuff. Nicest toiletries with a cleansing oil that turns milky when you add water. First time I've ever been offered that at a hotel. Quiet so we slept soundly. Great value.

Nothing. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Top Lage mit Top Aussicht auf Hiroshima

Die Größe des Zimmers war beeindruckend. Am meisten hat mir aber die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer gefallen. Die Lage ist super gewesen. Alle wichtigen Highlights konnte ich zu Fuß erreichen. Check-In und Check-Out hat ebenfalls einfach funktioniert.

Das Hotel hat scheinbar schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Das merkt man den Zimmern an. Ich musste am Anfang erst einmal den Raumerfrischer einschalten, damit der Geruch verschwindet. Nach einer Nacht war dieser aber weg.

Superb location and graceful hotel

We were upgraded so had a beautifully large triple room. Fabulous location near the Peace Park and the jetty for Miyajima trip. Slightly older decor - felt like it had character and charm. Excellent cafes and restaurants downstairs in Pacela complex.

Perfect location and staff and value for money

Arriving early and the friendly way our luggage was registered and placed in storage for later registration. Being taken to the room by staff and provided with a fully overview of the room, services and information pack was great. Being placed on the 30th floor and the rooms' expansive view was perfect. The provision of 3 free drink vouchers was a surprise and the rooftop breakfast was first class. A big thank you to your check out staff who greatly assisted in walking us through the hotel to public taxi rank to ensure we had adequate time to get 2 taxis to the train station. He firstly had called the taxi company and was advised that it would be 15 minutes before they would arrive at the hotel. He clearly understood our urgency and went out of his way to address our needs. Excellent service.

The room was really designed for 2 beds with a 3rd bed being squeezed in. Resulting in the room being a bit cramped. A little challenging for 3 adults to move around with their international baggage cases. Attempted to go to the roof top bar one night and waited for 15 minutes at the entry foyer only 3 persons in front without being seen or recognised by the waiting staff and left. The hotel overall is very prestigious but is getting tired and dated. It's due for a refurbishment.

Perfektes Hotel das seines gleichen sucht

Dieses Hotel ist herausragend gut. Die Zimmer sind mehr als sauber und absolut luxuriös ausgestattet, vom Hosenbügler bis zur Kaffeemaschine ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten eine excelente Aussicht entweder auf Hiroshima Castle oder den Atomic Dome und die Bucht. Die Lage ist zentral, 100 Meter vom Busbahnhof, 300 Meter zum Atomic Dome oder zum Hiroshima Castle. Restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in Steinwurfweite. Ich als Vielreisender war selten so positiv von einem Hotel Frage mich warum es nur 4 Sterne hat. Ein "Conrad" oder andere 5 Sterne Hotels sind definitiv nicht besser, nur teurer.

Ich war rundum mehr als zufrieden und wüsste beim besten Willen nicht was man an diesem Hotel bemängeln könnte

Excelente localização, bem próximo a estação de metro e a cerca de 500m do memorial de Hiroshima. Quarto muito grande, banheiro excelente. Camas bastante confortáveis. Pessoal de recepção bastante atencioso.
