La tranquilidad del condominio y la seguridad del acceso que brindaban en Humant 100 estrellas. Es un punto muy céntrico y de fácil ubicación. Los anfitriones super atentos y la decoración del hogar nos encantó!

We had a very pleasant stay, fully recommend

Great chill atmosphere, very welcoming and friendly. Safe area with supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes close by. Isaac is a super nice guy and made us feel at home.

We should have stayed longer :D

A welcoming, cosy oasis in Cancun

What a perfect introduction to Mexico! So glad I chose to begin my trip in this beautiful, cosy, friendly and welcoming hotel. I feel so grateful to Isaac and the staff for being wonderful hosts. From breakfast recommendations, to helping me with my bags, to spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms and free coffee in the mornings - the whole experience was just so lovely! Ten minutes walk to malls, restaurants, and supermarkets in a safe neighbourhood. The photos don’t show off how lovely the building is too :)

L'hotel se situe à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, c'est donc pratique en dernière étape de votre voyage. Le propriétaire vous contacte également à l'avance pour vous expliquer certaines informations. Les oreillers étaient confortables et la douche appréciable.

Il était compliqué de savoir comment rentrer dans la propriété car il faut passer par une rue autre que celle indiquée par Google maps et passer un portail de sécurité. À noter que de nombreux digital nomads vivent dans ce lieu donc nous ne sommes pas sentis "accueillis" par ces personnes qui se connaissaient déjà et étaient chez eux. C'est dommage, le lieu avait l'air sympathique. Le soir il y a également de la musique, c'est bruyant (surtout car les fenêtres ferment mal). Le lit est un lit double (et non queen comme souvent au Mexique), à deux cela fait juste.

HOMELY, SAFE & KINDEST HOSTS

It is such a beautiful airy homely place. Gated community so felt very safe. Little row of shops nearby. The bathroom is so nice also. The hosts are the most helpful I’ve ever experienced. Lovely kitchen and big fridge to keep all the food you need. Great wifi and space to get work done. Beautiful view from top room. 7 minute walk to a great gym. 15 minutes to the he hotel district in a Uber which costs no more than £10.

Erreur de parcours !

The shuttle service to the airport is misleading (35 dollars !). Les draps n’avaient pas été changés ! La salle de bain était sale. L’accès en taxi n’était pas aisé.

La atención y disposición de Isaac siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier duda para resolverla, el lugar está ubicado en una calle privada muy segura, un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, con agua caliente y una cocina muy equipada, sin duda un lugar perfecto para descansar y tener una estadía agradable..

Başta isaac olmak üzere herkese çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz.

Check in yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüzlü hizmet aldığımız, sorduğumuz her soruya içtenlikle cevap veren Isaac sayesinde oldukça rahat ettiğimiz, güvende hissettiğimiz ve her sabah uyandığımızda hazır olan kahveleriyle güne güzel başlamamızı sağlayan bir işletme.

Cancun merkeze biraz uzak (2km civarı) ancak uber ve didi aracılığıyla istediğiniz yere ulaşabileceğiniz bir konumda.

Great place!

The house is really, really nice and I felt safe in the area. Everything was clean, I could use the laundry machine and people were friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious and towels were provided. Also, free coffee, tea and fruits in the morning and also a water filter for drinking water! Would definitely come back! Thanks alot

Very hospitable/quite and safe area/comfy room

I went back after my road trips in México. I felt super comfortable staying here. Very friendly staff and they always go beyond the traditional hotel service and helps you with everything you need. What is also worth to mention is that they have a very good wash machine :)

Really good stay at a peaceful place

Located in a quiet and safe residential area, this place makes you feel at home. Spacious shared bathroom, laundry room, well equipped kitchen and coffee in the morning. The room itself has a well-working aircon and has let me sleep like a baby. That said, it is far away from the hotels, clubs, restaurants of the zona hoteleria, which was not my intention of travel anyways. If you want to visit the zona hoteleria, it can be reached by local buses (around 25 pesos in total) or a cab (more expensive). Lastly, the host is wonderful and shares lots of good advice how to move around, where to shop and eat.

A hairdryer in the bathroom, but that is just a personal preference :) Otherwise really nothing to complain!

Excellent Price for High End Accommodation

Finding this place was a bit tricky but once I did I was super happy with it! This was an amazing house with very nice rooms. This was extremely clean and I would definately stay there again!

They need to give better directions to get there.

Lovely stay!

Manager Isaac is super friendly and accommodating. The WiFi is lightning fast and the location is great, with easy access to groceries, restaurants and a convenience store. All facilities are clean and the location is safe and secure. Overall, would recommend for anyone visiting Cancun looking for a great value stay.

Great place to work remotely (or not), meet cool people and chill. Recommended!

I was looking for a place to work remotely (or not), meet cool people and chill for a few days and Humant was just the right spot. You are super close to stuff but not in the caos of touristic Cancun. The staff is super friendly and go the extra-mile to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Isaac (manager) is amazing, just a really nice person. He was constantly checking in making sure my stay was going well and They provide you with tips on things to do around the area, how to get around, places to eat, etc. The facilities really feel like a community of interesting/diverse/friendly people from different backgrounds. I would definitely go back.

Great place!

This place was great and we really liked our room and rooftop terrace. The staff running the place were really awesome and helpful. Isa was really nice. Our main priority was strong internet and this place provided it. Walking distance from restaurants and commercial areas and a very quiet residential area. We highly recommend

I feel so lucky to have found this place and look forward to coming back.

Where do I even begin? The place is spacious, comfortable, and always clean, the workstations are better than what I have at home, there is coffee and fruit every morning, on-site laundry, Jose is welcoming, responsive, and friendly (he regularly takes his guests out to enjoy Cancun). I felt like a part of the family right away. Come to think of it, I’m not sure why I’m leaving. 15/10

Exceptional

Location was good as it wasn’t far away from the bus station where you get directly to down town or hotel zone. Rooms and the house nice and clean and had a really nice Ambiente. I was a big fan of the bathroom, nice spacey and super water pressure. The biggest plus goes to the owner though. He was so helpful and nice! Without him we literally wouldn’t be able to stay as our card didn’t work anymore and he tried his best to help out situation. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you!

If I want to work remotely from Cancun, I would choose this place.

Nice place to stay longer term, if you want some sun and work remotely. We stayed only 2 nights, but there were a few people staying for a month. Jose was a great host, running the place.

If you're there for a short stay at the beach, it's not close, but if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle it's great.
