Our stay was comfortable overall.

The location is great. The subway station is 4 minutes away. There's a supermarket and a convenient store right next to the hotel, and another convenient store if you take a left. There are multiple coffee shops in the area including one at the hotel. A few minutes walk and you'll be at Insadong Culture Street (we found some of the best souvenirs there). 10 minutes away and you're at Jonggak Street of Youth; this place is filled with food, restaurants, bbq places, bars and more. Most of them stay open late including a BHC branch. The best part about the location is that even though everything is pretty close, you'll not hear a sound in your room. It's very calm and we slept peacefully. We loved how secluded our room was especially that we were travelling a long period.

The rooms are not well lit. It was a struggle doing hair and makeup. The AC is too weak; it mostly functions as an air circulator not a cooling device. The room temperature stays at 23-25 C degrees which after being out for a whole day in 35+ degrees sweating and suffering, you'd expect to go back to a cool room. The AC was our biggest disappointment. The fridge is pretty much useless, doesnt cool water and can't leave food in it. The house keepers tend to knock the door even when you have 2 signs saying "do not disturb".

Si tratta di un hotel di buon livello, ho trovato la stanza un pò piccola ma ben arredata e con un letto ampio e confortevole. Il bagno funzionale anche se un pò piccolo. Nel complesso un buon albergo.

La mia stanza era accanto ad una stanza riservata allo staff che produceva continui rumori prodotti da qualche apparecchiatura dell'hotel. Purtroppo si sentiva parecchio di notte.

The breakfast is in a cold windowless basement. We ended up not going after the first day because of how unpleasant it was. The room is smaller than I thought and was a bit tight for two people for 4 nights.

Centrally located. Next to Insadong shopping street. Near to popular places like Myeodong, Cheonggyecheon Stream about 20 mins walk from hotel and Gyeongbokgung palace. There is a supermarket next to the hotel ❤️.

Un petit problème au départ, mais un super séjour dans l’ensemble.

Le personnel à la réception est très aimable et efficace. La localisation de l’hôtel permet d’aller un peu partout dans Séoul rapidement.

J’ai trouvé un faux ongles et des cheveux sous mon oreillers et dans le lit. Arrivée après 12h de vol et 6h de retard, c’est la dernière chose que vous souhaitez trouver.

Located 3-5min walk away from train station and other bus stations which will bring you major Seoul attractions easily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and nice and clean. Bed were comfortable.

The location was excellent and there was a super market next to the hotel, which was practical.

We would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel but it was not possible every morning (too many guests). The room was pretty small for two single beds. Everything a bit worn-out. We expected a bit more for the money - compared to the 4 other hotels we stayed at in South Korea.

Very nicely located, walking distance to Myeongdong and other popular atractions. The staff was very helpful and so nice. The room had every accommodation that we needed. Lots of places to eat nearby

Comfortable. Convenient location.

The location. Myeongdong, Ikseondong and Isadong are all within walking distance, as well as some popular attractions, such as Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gwangjang Market and Gwanghwamun, etc. are not far away. You can find the stop for Airport bus limousine in just 4 mins walk. And the housekeeper did a great job for the cleanliness of the room.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeglicher Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind: sehr komfortable Betten, perfektes Raumgefühl in der Junior Suite, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

깨끗하고 친절한 직원분들

종각역에서 매우 가까워서 캐리어 끌고 가기도 편했어요. 광화문도 걸어서 10분 정도 거리예요. 주변에 먹을 곳도 많습니다. 체크 아웃 후 집도 잘 보관해 주셨어요.

전 제일 윗층에 배정해 주셔서 감사했어요. 다만...단체인지 일행이 많은 건지... 외국인들이 많이 묵어서 시끄럽고 배달 음식 냄새가 엘베에 가득한 점은 아쉬워요.

ウェルカムの韓国菓子があった。仁川空港から長い時間かかって、やっとホテルにチェックインして、お菓子とお茶（ホテルのティーバッグ）で、ほっこりできました。お土産に買って帰りました。エレベーターの中に財布を落としたことに、気がついていなかったのてますが、フロントから電話があり無事に財布が戻ってきました。　ありがとうございます。

Rooms to hot, not so friendly staff.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. One staff member was friendly.

The heater in the room was ridiculous. We couldn't change the temperature. Heater was on all the time set at 24. The rooms were way to hot, we Couldn't sleep. The staff could be abit more friendly. I picked this hotel because the reviews advised friendly staff. But this is not the case.
