The center of the center / safe / clean and helpful workers:)

The receptionist Harry is a perfect and helpful person. He suggested a lot of tips about the cities and also he helped us a lot to find the place and to our next journey to Florance. The Location is center of the center. The room is big and elegance.

One of the beds ( the sofa) is not comfortable :( ıt really makes noise :)

Carnival at Venice

It's our second time in Venice and it's the second time we stay here. It's very well located, silent at night and the comodations are very good. Thank you Mateo for everything.

There was a bad leak from the ceiling all night long into the bedroom. We called but no one came.

The facilities, staff was excellent. Definitely will stay here again if given the chance. Staff made the effort to ensure the heater was turned on prior to guest arrival which made it a pleasant experience. We got a big room and two bathrooms. Totally exceeded expectations.

Some paint at the ceiling started to peel off, but very minor compared to the overall experience of staying at this location.

I’d happily stay here again, it only added to the Venice experience

spacious and well equipped. right in the middle of things.

a few things could be improved on, like the floor threshold strip leading to the bedroom was a trip hazard. the shower head hose in the shower room needed replacement and there was nothing to hold the shower head.

Good value for money in the heart of Venice

The location is perfect. The facilities are expectedly not the most modern out there, but in exchange for waking up in the heart of Venice, we accepted that. The guy at the reception is exceptional, he made our check in process super easy and gave us good tips about exploring the city. Overall, it’s good value for the money and I recommend it for groups of friends.

Some facilities were broken (e.g. the handles in the shower), and the bathroom should be soon refurbished.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. We booked the apartment after showing the photos but in reality it is more nice, clean and very comfortable. The receptionist also speaks English, so it's quite easy to do and conversation.

location was great, a short walk to everything you’d want and right on the doorstep of cafés and shops.

When booking, the only room choice stated there was a balcony. There is only one room with a balcony which needs to be requested. also surprised there was no tea or coffee or facilities to make them in the room.

We were given a separate apartment near the music school. Beautiful and comfortable, had everything we needed with a baby. Matteo was very helpful and friendly. Great location and close to all major sites. The music in the mornings was a bonus

Everything was very nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The accommodation is well located and comfortable.

Could be a bit cleaner regarding dust and crumbs on the floor. Even though the breakfast was good, they got some of the items wrong (namely sent out the wrong coffee choices)

Excellent location! The hosts recommended us amazing places to eat and an economical place to get a gondola. We were driving so they also gave us really clear instructions on where the cheap car park was and how to get the people mover and water boat. The apartment was amazing - very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to the main sights. You really are in the heart of Venice.

Quick check-in (a call to reception guy prior to the arrival needed, but he came immediately in 10 min). Excellent location, a small bar with fresh snack, drinks, pastry right at the corner. Cleanless, sweet Italian breakfast (croissants, jam, nutella, yoghurt, hot drinks, orange juice) included. After check-out you can use the luggage room service for free.
